  Very pleasant

  We first stayed here ten years ago and will likely ask to stay here again if we return to Hobart. The location is excellent - Hobart and Bellerive are just a short drive away. Yes it is on top of a steep hill, but it is very private and it does offer some wonderful views. We stayed in The Potters Suite. It isnt large but is quite comfortable. The property is starting to show its age and the shrubs could use a wee tidy. We didnt use the bbq facility, so I cant comment on it. All in all a very pleasant stay with very personable hosts.

  Great location good facilities.

  This place was amazing. We have an infant and probably not ideal for that but the owners were extremely accommodating and had a portacot in the room. For a couples getaway I would 100% recommend Possums.

  Hidden Gem.

  What a charming tranquil setting. Loved the country feel. Owner was very helpful and obliging. King bed was very comfy. Chocolates on arrival. I loved the little extras in the bathroom. I.E. hair straightener and hair dryer. And extra toilet paper!! We have stayed at alot of different motels / accommodation . Very happy with this hidden gem. Would reccomend .

  Great View - Poor Standard

  On arrival, the appartment was dusty, the kitchen greasy (needed to wash everything), bathroom not clean. Fridge broke down day one and drinks, groceries got warm. The temp. caretakers replaced the fridge and provided esky plus bottle of complimentary wine promptly. Appreciated. 3 shower heads in shower not explained. Detachable shower head on stem kept falling, needs fixing. Heater unit fan packed with dust. Smoke alarm disconnected? Vacuum cleaner supplied clogged with dust and debris, not emptied forever and filter clogged completely. This place is marketed as one of the better accommodation offerings. It needs some serious attention to regular cleaning and maintenance checks. The outlook is fantastic but guests should not have to clean for a couple of hours on a property that is poorly maintained. Never again, possums.

  Nice secluded feel, good views and good service

  We stayed at Possums Apartments in February and I was immediately impressed by the service. I was called the day before we flew into Hobart from the owner to help provide directions and instructions for our arrival. When we arrived the room was clean, chocolates were provided and the room had some nice views of Hobart. A comfortable stay, good value for money and plenty of amenities.
