    Terrible rules for an all inclusive package

    Pros: - Decent location, right next to a private beach - Good layout over a large area and good views of the sea - "Most" of the staff friendly Cons: - Not a 5 star resort by a long way - Room didnt even have a bath tub, i was "upgraded" to a superior room which didnt was not even comparable to a normal room in other hotels of the same range. Room was small - Some of the staff members (one especially who was a bit cockeyed) seem to be averse to all inclusive deals and gave the impression they dont seem to care much for all inclusive packages and their attitude showed this whenever we went to get a get a drink at the bar, almost like "you are not paying so you get the bad stuff and service" as an added example, people were given complementary crisps along with their drinks but when i asked they said its only for people who pay for their drinks - All inclusive packages were really terrible, just for an example you can only get alcohol (except beer) between 2000-2300 and that too only two cocktails - The cola provided for all inclusive was some weird local one - water as part of the all inclusive was also filtered tap water which tasted horrible - The water in the bathroom had a strange (poop) smell - Swimming pool was just way too small for the size of the property - hotel in the middle of nowhere, there was a mini supermarket which was useless. - they expect the tourist tax to be paid in cash but the nearest ATM was 5 kms away

    5*hotel? It's a joke.

    This hotel isn't 5* hotel. Maybe it's 3.5*. Room was outdated and need to be refurbished. Room wasn't the worst. The worst was the service... especially in the restaurant during breakfast and especially during dinner time. We were waiting around 15 minutes, somebody to took our order. We took out our empty plates alone from the table. 5*hotel... it's a joke. Its a big joke. The positive things: - Nice beach, just opposite the hotel. - Clear sea water. - Food is average, nothing special, but not so worst as a service. - Free wi-fi in the room.

    Will be honest

    Hotel is absolutely fine would not say a 4 star but that is the rating given and its greece not the uk. Food Its all inclusive same as everywhere some really nice some not so but no matter where you go it will always be the same. Just for me could be hotter but I like piping hot food. Apart from marella spirt the food was amazing. Bar Holiday companies should state what drink is on offer. Didn't bother me because I am fine with brandy or ouzo. But can understand if not. Staff What can I say apart from thank you to Niko claudia yanni to name three absolutely lovely people loved speaking with them made our holiday Location Lovely beach water warm an clear hotel does try to keep clean but if the people on it took their rubbish away would be perfect. Down side only because my husband likes to walk around. No where to go. I'm fine I go away to switch off and sit in the sun and read. So please don't be put off but if you like daily activities and night entertainment there is none.

    GREAT TRAVELLING EXPERIENCE EVER...

    I travel a lot so Im used to hotels, me and my fiance stay in Possidi Holidays for 2 weeks and I must say that its was one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I EVER HAD, the building its located right in front of the beautiful crystal clear beach (umbrella and 2 chaise longue are included free of charge) The atmosphere is very relaxing and the breakfast and dinner are very various but I must say that THE BEST THING OF THIS HOTEL ITS the STAFF, in particular two very talented and professional young guys (STELIOS and KLAINTI) that really made our stay like heaven. THANK YOU GUYS, SEE YOU NEXT YEAR

    Good hotel. Staff should be more friendly and professional

    We visited in August 2020: at Covid-19 outbreak, and the hotel is not full, therefore there are plenty of space in the dining area, (on the contrary to some reviews below, there people have to wait for a longer time for available seats). The staff serve food from buffet individually for each visitor, but there is not a long queue. Food is acceptable for the price (20 for breakfast and dinner per person). On arrival we ordered Margarita cocktail from the pool bar, (9 per glass), but it was not great. Perhaps, the problem with wrong ingredients. But we were lucky to discover a great local wine and enjoyed it at the course of the dinner, thank you to the manager of the dining area, who was very helpful. (The bottle cost 24). We stayed in the room with the front view of the sea and the balcony, but the view was obstructed by the roof of the restaurant in front and the trees branches. The room was spacious and beds are comfy. However, we discovered that there were no bed linen and requested it from the reception. The member of staff, who brought linen to us did not even offer to put it on and left, so we did it ourselves, (not really to professional standards for 4 star hotel). Also we noticed that in general staff does not train to smile in Greece. It is a bit shocking, but even reception is not an exception. We enjoyed the beach just in front of the hotel, the waves and the sunset. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. The temperature of the sea in this area is cooler than the other side of the Cassandra peninsula, but it is perfectly fine to swim. The only problem is that the sea front has stones and it might be painful to enter and to exit. Hotel provides free umbrella and sun beds, but requires 10 deposit for beach towel. We did not have cash on arrival and therefore could not enjoy the full service. On overalls, it was good experience, but staff should be more professional and friendly.
