  Cannot recommend

  We stayed here for 14 days, unfortunately, as we were volunteering at a local charity school and despite it's good location, sadly there were too many negative experiences to give it a good review. I was in room 1408 and had no hot water for 13 of the 14 days. After politely complaining, a chap came, ran the basin, bath & shower for 25 mins to achieve slightly warmer than tepid and then left with me none the wiser & still without any warm water. The second week over several days, a horrible stagnant water smell built in intensity in the toilet area and just before I rang to complain the smell cleared and I had my one and only hot shower of the 2 week stay. Some staff did try to be helpful but only after a few days stay. Staff at the buffet breakfast restaurant on the 2nd flor were pleasant and responsive. Communication was difficult as english was minimal and complaints were only really taken seriously when a Vietnamese speaker in our group intervened on our behalf. The air con was efficient but when not in the room, it got so hot that the bar fridge did not work. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious but poorly designed, a hair dryer is provided in the bathroom but there is no power plug available. I had to boil the jug on the bed side table squashed between the bed, the wall and the telephone. The glass topped table was the other power point option but I chose not to put a boiling kettle there for obvious reasons The buffet catered almost exclusively to Chinese tastes and we discovered in the second week that they were serving up 4 day old leftovers so that made us highly suspicious of the stale bread and other repeat food items !!! Lifts were slow and hot and tedious and as this place caters to large groups of Chinese and Russian travellers who were noisy, rude and extremely inconsiderate, (whilst not the hotels fault, no effort by staff was made to intervene as patrons bellowed to each other along the corridor outside my room at 1.30 am on several occasions). The 18th floor pool area was quite pleasant although the flimsy, wonky ladder in the pool was a bit scary. Several others in our group had unpleasant issues such as a shower that smelled strongly of urine & took 2 days for management to address. Only those lucky enough to get rooms below 9th floor had good room experiences. I would not recommend this hotel as it was not that cheap and has a lot of negative things going on.

  This hotel was excellent and the main reason for me giving it 5 stars was the fantastic receptionist Thuy who was extremely helpful in multiple situations and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time in Nha Trang.

  Amazing hotel

  I'm really happy when stayed in the hotel, the room was clean everyday, hotel stayed in central, near restaurant, a few minutes go to beach. The staff is friendly and helpful, special lovely and kind Ms Thuy Supervision front of office. Thank for everything

  Great stay

  Really nice hotel. New, clean, neat. The bathroom is in the hallway though, so the toilet and the shower have glass doors. Not very private, a bit weird design choise. Breakfast buffet is really lousy. Other than that, great service and nice hotel.

  Value For Money!!!

  Stayed here for 2 nights and was very happy with the service and the price paid which included breakfast. The hotel is in city and there are so many restaurants and shops nearby and it is just 10mins from the beach. There is also a gym and a swimming pool on the 18th floor.
