  nuestra estancia en el hotel

  Estuve de visita de negocio al Libano y nuestra estancia en Portemilio hotel fue muy agradable, con todo detalle de lujo, con un servicio excelente y un trato humano exquisito , un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de un ambiente unico.

  Hotel bien

  Es un buen hotel, las piezas son grandes y limpias. No pude ocupar la piscina por falta de tiempo. No tengo nada en contra del hotel, la atención fue correcta. Puedo agregar que no tiene nada de excepcional.

  The best service ever!!!

  Our names are Ziad Eid and Lucy Chahoud. We live in Sweden but got married in Lebanon on July 19. We had about 80 guests arriving from Sweden and were looking for a hotel to recommend for them. After meeting Mr. Shady Hayek our decision of choosing Portemilio was taken. His professional approach and his will to help our guests meet their needs is priceless. He has been doing the little extra in order for us to feel safe and comfortable which is really important when you come from abroad. We met up with many hotels before but the service, effort and care Mr. Shady gave us was undescribable. Most of the guests have never been to Lebanon and Mr. Shady has really made sure that their first experience arriving to the hotel has been great. We have not had any complaint from anyone and everything from the bookings to the rooms and the check-in has been of high standard. All the suppliers of our wedding have one thing in common - they are all the owners of their business. Even though Mr. Shady is not the owner of Portemilio he acts like it his own with the care that he gives and staff like that are hard to find nowadays - we have seen very good examples of that. We want to thank Mr. Shady and all the staff at Portemilio from the bottom of our hearts and we will be more than happy to recommend you in the future! Thank you!   Terrible stay. Not even a 3 star hotel

  Staying in Portemilio hotel is one of the worst thing you can ever do, after addressing these issues several times we decided to write this review and list down our whole experience in bullet point to make it easy on you. if you rent a car (as a guest staying in the hotel and not as a visitor to someone in the hotel) you will have to pay for the parking as its not included. this shouldnt be the case in a so called 5 star hotel (this was addressed to the front desk guy and he said that the parking is a different company than the hotel, still it doesnt justify) The first night, we were given a room located directly next to the chiller and we couldnt sleep from the sound (like a generator sound) then after complaining, Mr. Fadi the front desk manager was professional and kind enough to give us another room The wifi is terrible. what kind of 5 star hotel does not have a proper wifi? We couldnt even check our emails, i suggest to the hotel management to mention that wifi is not available (to that extent it is bad. We addressed this issue every single day and the front desk guy finally said that the problem is from our phone not connecting properly, (iphone X) ) the room we stayed in the first night ddnt have a water kettle, what kind of 5 star hotel does not provide that? the worst of all was beside the whole stay that the room service guy when he came to clean and fix the room (2nd room we moved to) instead of replacing the used coffee cups, he washed them in the bathroom. who does that Infront of the clients? We booked in Portemilio because its a well known fancy resort but frankly speaking we wouldnt do it again even if it was for free. It is very much overpriced for a 5 star hotel wannabe. It is not even reaching the 3rd star ! P.S: Mr. Fadi the front desk manager is a very professional, proactive personnel, but, what more can he do when the top management of the hotel itself does not care about improving the guest experience and the overall business

  2 días en Líbano...

  Llegamos de Damasco e íbamos a pasar 2 días antes de volar a Estambul y decidimos quedarnos en la zona de Joünié en Líbano para conocer Beirut y Biblos... El Resort bastante grande y ameno con muchas áreas verdes y piscina La atención fue muy agradable y en recepción me ayudaron con todo de manera impecable, en especial Lara quien atendió cualquier necesidad diligentemente... El Hotel está muy cerca de la vida nocturna y se puede ir hasta caminando si lo desea
