  Perfect!!

  Everything about our stay was perfect. Arrival was smooth, Graeme met us and showed us around. It is a small, beautifully appointed cottage with all we needed. The location is great, we walked everywhere.... beach a stones throw away, restaurants, cafes, shops so close.

  Beautiful Accommodation in the Heart of Port Douglas

  This is a lovely property comprising a 2 bedroom cottage at the back and a one bedroom lodge at the front. Both in a traditional Queensland weatherboard style. Simply and cleanly furnished with great facilities including a small private pool for each property. We rented the 2 bed cottage. Graeme the owner met us and was very friendly. Lots of tips for the area, and provided us with an extra bike for the three of us to use. This is less than 100m from the main street in Port Douglas but we heard no noise at night. Very peaceful but also very handy for walks to the beach, the town, and market. The only minor issue was the TV could do with a clearer sound and some of the newer features like access to streaming services. Great for our family and would definitely rebook if we return to PD.

  Amazing generosity in a time of COVID

  Full disclosure because of COVID we havent managed to get there, so cant speak for the property YET. However, these guys are amazing and refunded the large non-refundable deposit without question. This is the sort of small business that should be supported We will definitely be going the minute the Queensland border opens to us poor Victorians.

  'Home away from Home!'

  The Lodge was a fabulous location for our 2020 Christmas get together! Thanks guys! We didnt want for a thing! Had a wonderful stay, though not long enough :) Hope to return again soon. It was refreshing to go on a holiday and not have to fill your suitcase with beach towels, hairdryers, etc - as everything was provided.
