  Not Worth It

  My wife and I were volunteering as Nature Guide at Tanjung Tuan so we found this hotel quite near and they had a good discount at the time I was looking for a place to stay. We did not want to spend too much as it was a very short trip. Upon arriving the receptionist were friendly but I noticed there were no uniform as everyone was wearing casual. The check-in was super fast as we have already paid in advance. The rooms are situated a little far from lobby so it is advised to drive to your rooms. Car park was very near to our rooms and spacious. The room was very outdated. The chairs were very old and same goes to all furniture. There was a Double & a Single bed in the room. The Single bed has a broken leg so it was not stable. My wife noticed out of three pillows, two had lizard poo on it. We wanted to call the reception but to our surprise, there were no phones to contact them. We had to inform the reception on our way to dinner that night. Bathroom was not so clean and a lizard jumped out from the toilet when I opened it. Took me back a second. There is a problem with lizards (the small house lizards) at this hotel as it was quite noisy at night. They are in the room so their sound is quite high and will be difficult for people to sleep. There is no WiFi as well in the rooms. Not to say WiFi is important but its an additional aspect people will be looking for when they are at any hotels. Breakfast was the most terrible part of our stay. We went in the breakfast hall at 9:20 am which is still early but to our surprise, more than half of the food served is empty and haven't been re-filled. There were only toasts, scrambled egg & beans left on one side and nasi lemak left on another. Beans were cold as ice. Nasi Lemak condiments were left open and I saw 2 flies on the eggs. We wanted to call someone and ask about the food served but there was no one else except of a foreign cleaner cleaning tables. Not even one staff to be seen on the floor. We were the last to take coffee as it was empty after us. no one came and checked or topped up. Worst breakfast choices and quality. I assume they cooked it somewhere else and just serve it here. So when finished, there is no extra to top up. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Maybe to golfers to play golf here but not for anyone to stay at the hotel.

  RUNDOWN HOTEL WITH THE WORST SERVICE!!!

  As a hotelier and guest, I am so disappointed with the service! Check in was smooth but the staff lack of Professionalism and friendliness, could be no proper training were conducted to staff. - At first, we saw a mop laying in front of the room. - Purple curtain stained with white mark - Found a strand of hair on the pillow - Stained pillow with black mark - Dirty floor - Torn linen/towel as it was mix with new linen. Ive personally brought it back to reception, she did not even say sorry to me but asked me to call HK instead! Is this the standard of your customer service you showed to your guest?? She should go to OJT and follow the SOP correctly! - Ceiling with watermark and defect wiring piping - Wall cracked - No wifi connection - No telephone provided in the room. These was my first time to call reception using my mobile phone. Such a shame! - TV channel was very poor! Only TV3 & TV8 available! Other channels with bad frequency! - Very basic breakfasts with RM15.80 per pax (bread, nasi lemak with chicken rendang, fried meehon, sausage and baked bean). Poor taste. The most disappointing of all was the customer service. Despite our complaints, minimal effort was made to make us happy.

  Golf & foods in Port Dickson

  Went for a golf with friends in Port Dickson Golf Club, located at the 5th miles from the town. Located nearby the beach. A good and challenging golf course. Having good and friendly staffs. They have the apartments for accommodations. The foods served are the authentic taste of Negeri Sembilan and was very delicious.

  It's very recommend with bussiness partners or family we can have a lot activities in there

  The room it's big fit for 5 people facilities AC, TV, Wi-Fi and refrigerator too The best view on front of beach , free breakfast , We can have activities like games & barbeque in night, swimming at pool and also at beach Very calm at the night it's very nice for refreshing,,

  Not recommend to stay

  1. Door Lock spoilt 2. Pillow smelly and cause my hair smell like sweating 3. Extra mattress very dirty 4. Existing bed sheet and quilt rough and don't feel comfortable 5. 2 chairs discoloration which is old. 6. No WIFI in the room. Overall, Don't feel comfortable to stay here.
