  Perfect spot for a weekend getaway

  This is a fabulous location, perfect for exploring this lovely town. The cabin was beautifully laid out with wonderful views of the bush and creek from the living room and the spa pool in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I slept better than I do at home. The restaurant was amazing - the menu is small but the choices and the value for money excellent. The service couldn't have been better, and it was really nice that the chef and owner popped out to say hello. We enjoyed watching the bats waking up and giving a display as dusk fell. We would definitely recommend this property and the restaurant.

  Cosy & peaceful spot - close to the high street

  My children and I enjoyed the clean, cosy interior of the cabin. After long days visiting our injured family member at the Maleny Hospital, it was a pleasure to return to the quiet cabin backing the Obi Obi creek. Jodi (proprietor) was responsive and helpful. A lovely restful time.

  Cabin in amongst the trees

  What a fabulous place to stay. Easy checkin - you get a code to open the door - so don't have to worry about keys or anything. We stayed here for a week over the new year into January 2021. Absolutely loved the location - a couple minutes walk to the Maleny Pub and just a bit further to the centre of Town. The cabin is surprisingly spacious - so easy to unpack and spread out. WIFI is included - and it was fast and easily able to stream movies on Netflix. The best part was being in amongst the trees - and if you love flying foxes/bats - then they nest just above the cabin. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony watching them - esp at nightfall when they fly off to feed. And if you closed the balcony door then you wouldn't even know they were there. Some great walks nearby and all the little cafes/bars in Maleny within an easy walk. There is no oven or cooktop but there is a microwave and an electric bbq - so we were covered for the times when we didn't want to eat out. Loved having a bbq out on the balcony - watching the bats or just chilling in amongst the trees. We will definitely be back.

  So comfortable

  Fantastic setup with everything you need! All the little things have been considered. Scissors, candles for the bath, mozzie spray and a smart tv. Info on the local wildlife. Platypus out the back in the creek. Peaceful, close to town and so comfortable.

  Get away

  My husband and I had a beautiful stay the cabin we stayed in was cabin 2 and it was beautiful. The creek with its beautiful rainforest their are no words I felt so relax it was the best get away. The cabins are walking distance to RSL, the hotel and a great walk track. Pizza place and Chinese food.
