  Best service ever

  Ladies at the front desk and breakfast buffet went above and beyond... Very cheerful and helpful. The suite was nice and roomy also. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool and water slide. Free coffee and tea in lobby and nice amenities in the suite.

  Missing expected amenities

  One of the front desk staff is very stale and not very accommodating. Well others are a pleasant and personable customer service representative. Housekeeping is awesome. Green space for pets. There is not a vending machine available and in this town it would be beneficial. No soft drinks or snacks. Kinda of a upsetting situation. Also it is a bit run down!

  Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

  This my review for Pomeroy Chetwynd: Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service at this place. I was charged incorrectly twice during an 8-day long stay at this place. While trying to resolve this by phone, I experienced some of the worst, rudest, most unhelpful and argumentative customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I actually got hung up on twice while I was still speaking. I've never experienced anything like this. This place is miserable to deal with and best avoided.

  good hotel in a great location

  We had one night in this hotel while driving south from the Yukon. It was a comfortable stop. The rooms were clean and well equiped. the Breakfast was a bit disappointing but understandable due to the pandemic. All in all, we would stay again.

  Disappointed

  Upon check in we were told we had to book our time at the pool, this was not discussed when I called and booked the room. There was a large group who booked two hours consecutive so my kids didnt get to swim. The beds were pretty sacked out and the stairway was very dirty. There was only one glass in the kitchenette. Wouldnt come back.
