  One of the best one 5 star hotels in Greece. Every one must go there and visit it for a vacation. The hotel is clean, pools are with sea water, gardens areas are with big trees many flowers without insects. Thank you

  Full package 5 star experience

  The short story: True five star experience in every single aspect. Sparkling clean rooms, common areas, pools, gardens and beach. Delicious food of great variety. Friendly and very helpful staff. DO NOT USE THE WATER SPORTS NEAR THE HOTEL!!! The long story: Knowing the standard kept by the neighbouring sister Potidea Palace, I had high expectations from Pomegranate and they were all met all of us three families staying together in September 2020, were absolutely delighted and had a real relaxing, calm, comfortable and safe vacation in an extremely well kept, peaceful and welcoming area where the luxury facilities are in complete harmony with the spectacular nature, surrounding the whole place. The singing fountains is the natural completion of the day in this magical experience. But nothing touches my heart more than the personal attitude and the unobtrusive efforts of the staff to comfort you and provide you the best service and safety. They are not waiting for you to approach them. For example, the life guard at the down pool Yannis, was so attentive all the time. He knew every kid (and whether they stayed more than an hour in the pool) and their parents and never turned an eye away from the pool. Once he saw me asking a small boy not to enter the deep pool alone as I knew his parents were down at the beach. I didnt ask about his help but he simply noticed my hesitation about stopping a stranger boy and came to me. He asked me if I needed help and I told him what my worry was. He thanked me (!) and went to the boy himself to explain he was not allowed to enter the pool alone. Second case - my father in law walks with difficulties. He started climbing the stairs from the beach pool when the guy at the beach office just caught my glimpse looking towards the place where the luggage car stops and he ran to us, caught up with us and asked us to come back down so he would call for the car to take my father in law. Now this is attitude. Third case - the waitress at the upper pool bar was not just serving the tables, she was looking after the kids running around the pool and making sure they are safe and not too close to the pool. I cannot thank enough the always smiling and helpful Olga at the restaurant, the tireless Latvian boy from the animation team (I think Igor) who was doing the water gymnastics, the volleybol and the kids disco in the evening, Ico (Hristo), the animator and DJ for our kids, the kind bartenders at the pool bars. We couldnt tip them enough. And one tip for travelers, because this service is near the hotel and is usually used by visitors of the hotel, I want to warn them avoid using the water sports at the beach (to the right). We have hired boats and jets many times in many other places in Greece but we have never been fined for a scratch on the paint of doubtful origin, worth 5 Eur to repair, but charged 80 Eur, although, even if it was made by us, it was part of the normal wear of a rented item. It was even presented in a manipulative way so you almost feel happy about it: "we won't charge you the full $300 fine" (for a scratch!!!!), but only 80 Eur. I know, they did make us do some photos of the engine before we took the boat, so you are left with the impression that everything is very correct and professional. But then you are told about a scratch under the boat which you can hardly verify, you are being shown your route on the GPS and are being told you went over some rocks where you "probably" hit the boat, which you can neither prove otherwise nor can be responsible for, even if true, because you are not given a map of underwater rocks. Despite the ridiculous requirement not to land the boat on the sand, practically depriving you from the best part of renting a boat - visiting small hidden beaches, we did observe that rule. Nevertheless we were told we "hit sand" somewhere. Where? We were not given any receipts - neither for the rental price, nor for the "damage" compensation of 80 Eur for a scratch. Later at the pool we heard the same stories by other folks, one of them had hired a canoe and the other one - a boat, like us. THEY WERE NOT CHARGED THOUGH! Why, I can only suggest it was on the principle "give it a try". The other two folks were big men, while we were just a family with two small kids, a grandpa and a grandma. We were going to return again the next day and get the boat again, but after this ugly story we gave up, so they lost more than they won with these 80 Eur scratch fine.

  Great Stay at Pomegranate Wellness & Spa

  Beautiful hotel with impeccable service and food! We were a large group of families and really felt at home at Pomegranate! The grounds of the hotel are greatly maintained and all staff were incredibly polite and professional. We will definitely be back!

  Good level of food and service.

  We spent 5 nights at the beginning of September. Beautiful, long, sandy beach with clear water. Clean room with enough space. Food was delicious with enough choice of different meat, fish and salad .Nice garden and very friendly staff.
