  Hotel Review

  I stayed in Hotel Polo Riccione for a week with a large group of family & we all really enjoyed our stay there immensely. The staff were so pleasant & helpful and couldnt do enough to help us. Some of the group booked breakfast & were very impressed with it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  A great hotel let down by unacceptable levels of noise

  Came here with work for the MotoGP round at Misano. Hotel has a great location...very close to the beach and the town centre. Staff were super-friendly checking in. Room (#205) itself is clean well equipped...comfy double bed, decent bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. However, the water pipes for the hotel are positioned in the wall directly behind the bed head, so every time someone used any water whatsoever, the sound of water could be heard...very, very loud. As a result of this, had possibly the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Would have raised this at check out, but the staff didn't even have the courtesy to ask about my stay. A great hotel let down by massively by noise...if it wasn't for this, the score would be much, much higher...

  Fabulous hotel, lovely staff, great location

  We stayed at Polo 2 years ago and didnt hesitate to rebook on our second trip to the area. The hotel is lovely, the staff are so friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome.. they even remembered us from 2 years ago. The hotel is clean, well equipped, in a great central location and very near the train station. We cannot recommend the Polo highly enough. The breakfast is second to none and we cannot fault the hotel in any way. We cant wait to come and stay again. Thank you

  Excellent care and quality vs price ratio

  Very warm and family-like environment, careful and keen service to customer. Functional tidy rooms, rich and good quality breakfast. Little stylish and delicate touches make the environment and staying live and pleasant

  Exellent hotel,great location and staff

  It was excellent. Everything ,special the people who work in hotel.The room was also great ,also location is very nice.Breakfast with very good quality.It was a business trip , stayed for three nights,but I l hope that I will return with my family for sumer holiday.
