Nice HotelThis New year me and my friends stay at Pokhara Village Resort. it was the best choice we've made! The hotel location is perfect, Peace and safe. The staff was so helpful and welcoming from our first day at the hotel until our last. They assist us to overall pokhara sightseeing. The room was good, & Excellent Service.

Don't go to the spaTwo friends and I stayed at this hotel for one night after trekking. The room was decent, although the wifi didn't work and we didn't know breakfast was included. However, since it was raining, we decided to get massages at the spa. Two girls were working and one suggested that she massage both of us at the same time. That should have been a sign that the massages would be terrible--but it was raining--and when she called another masseuse to come over, we decided to give it a chance. I'm not sure if this girl was a friend, cousin or random girl off the street. She obviously didn't know what she was doing, and all three girls were talking the entire time in Nepali, coaching her through it. Not only was it uncomfortable to be laying on a table half naked while the masseuses were talking and laughing, but they were also playing dance music and two of the girls answered their phones at one point during the massage. The massage was so bad that it was laughable, but I'm still upset that we wasted $100. I will not be back.

Worst room Ive ever experienced! So my friend and I had booked into the Hotel Crown next door but, apparently, despite having booked 6 months in advance we had been moved next door. So the reviews I see on here are all for the more modern rooms. We were put at the back in the older part of the hotel (I use the word hotel loosely). It was the most disgusting place I have ever set foot it. The bathroom stank so badly, and the toilet seat was caked in sticky stale urine. I actually relieved myself in a bucket rather than use the toilet. At the time, being new to Pokhara, I thought it was a case of you get what you pay for but soon discovered that for less than we paid you can get a really clean room elsewhere.
