  Wonderful home base for Tuscany!

  We have been travelling around Italy for the past 5 weeks and quite frankly were growing tired of the accommodations being pretty mediocre by North American standards. We were not travelling cheap but rather pretty much booking 4 and 5 star places and quite often being disappointed. We arrived in Tuscany and checked into our 5 star air BnB that advertised wonderful, super quiet location but after 2 days we had to leave because of the noise all night long. We searched around and lucked upon the Priorato and as soon as we entered it was like coming into heaven! super modern, clean, quiet, just amazing, i can't say enough!! the owners were very kind and thoughtful, the setting is in an area of farms and wineries, close to the Med sea driving distance to dozens of world renown wineries. breakfast is incredible, it just goes on and on. Not many rooms here so be sure to book ahead, we just got lucky getting in. this is an Agrotourismo and after this experience this is the way to go for me.

  Great sleep and fantastic breakfasts

  Very happy to have stayed at Podere del Priorato for 6 nights. Great comfortable beds and silence have helped us sleep very well. In the morning, fantastic breakfasts and cakes await you! We were with our dog and he also enjoyed the countryside. I understand that next year there will also be a swimming pool. That's a great addition to an already fantastic place. There will also be a possibility to recharge electric cars and we are keen on trying that.

  Excepcional uaaaau! i have no words to describe how much we liked this hotel. we were so well received that we feel very happy to know that there are places with such great people. the breakfast is perfect the room is hard to describe how comfortable, really luxurious! the bathroom is great with a different shower so relaxing. my tip is try to go in august or september, they have a sunflower garden!

  Excellent, Perfect, Quiet, Relaxing, Wonderful!

  Large super-clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful gardens and pool, and best breakfast in Italy. Staff are warm and efficient.Location is great - Porto Ercole, Santo Stefano and beautiful walks on Gianella beach.Coming back!

  Upmarket B&B in Great Location

  Top quality B&B with pool and huge garden. Good value for the money. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent AC. Amazing breakfast buffet. Located between the sea and the Maremma (SuperTuscan wines). Saturnia spa is nearby.
