  Lovely cottage style hotel

  We stayed here for two nights and it was very nice. The hotel has a great cottage look and feel, the rooms are nice, in their restaurant they serve very nice food and their selection of (in particular French) wines is more than impressive!

  Pleasant stay in summer

  + = We spent there prolonged weekend, it was so pleasant stay! Beautiful room (Suite Zermatt) with view on Medvedin, excellent meal , super nice service in restaurant. "Bike friendly" hotel. - = not very nice room for massages, not very welcomed and smiley receptionist

  Great hotel in tranquil location

  We stayed for 3 nights and wished we had booked to stay for longer. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was spotless clean and the facilities were very good. The walk to the town was not too long and you could take in the beautiful views on the way. The restaurant was very good with a relaxed atmosphere and very helpful staff. The food was excellent. All in all, if you want complete peace and quiet in a lovely hotel, then I would not hesitate in recommending here. We will definitely return next year.

  Very nice hotel, distinctive restaurant

  What we liked: 1) Half-pension: nice breakfast, gorgeous dinner (their restaurant deserves a separate review since it's just distinctive); 2) Location: close to everything :) ; 3) Private terrace (depending on the room you book); 4) English-speaking and utmost friendly personnel; 5) Impeccably clean room and facilities; 6) Pool room/table - for those who are interested. What we didn't as much as appreciate: High-top location. Without a car, you must go up the hill. That can be considered either as an exercise or as a curse for those with numb feet after excruciating physical activity's day. Definite fun for children and pets though :) . With a car, you must have a solid off-roader to climb up the hill in winter. And when you climb up, the dinner at the restaurant will make it up for everything :) .

  Small cozy hotel perfect for families

  We stayed two nights in this nice and comfortable hotel and are happy that we had chosen this hotel. Its a bit up the hill from the village so you can escape from the noises and touristic actions within Spindler Mühl. The rates for the room are excellent as you get very clean and nice rooms including breakfast and dinner (both very yummy). The hotel offers a kids-room where your small once can play while you e.g. have a pool billard game (within an extra cozy room). The personal is super friendly and as the hotel is not that big you very fast feel kind of home and well. We are absolutely sure that we will come back.
