  Don't let yourself be fooled by the shaby parking and exterior - go in and enjoy!

  When arriving, we thought "Oh my God! What have we booked??" The internet picture looks much nicer than the reality. The parking lot is full of holes and stones and urgently needs revamping, chickens are running around, the building itself looks like a dull rectangular surface and the restaurant is hidden by overgrown vegetation. But we had already paid, so we went it. First glance inside is, again, not promising as you are greeted by an empty hall until you see a small reception on your left. Then your miserable feeling starts to change to a pleasant one. The staff is efficient and friendly and you are quickly on your way to your room. Everything looks new on the way but the walls are bare of any decoration. Again, ignore this and keep walking to your room. Only when we arrived to our room, were we comforted in our choice of hotel. The rooms are traditional, but rather large and pleasantly decorated. There is a desk to work on, a cupboard to hang your clothes, and a space for your luggage so that you don't have to open it on the floor. The bathroom is modern, very clean, roomy with a big shower. The contrast between the dull, unkept exterior and the comfort and modernism of the room is striking. Breakfast was one of the best ones we had on our one-week trip in the south of Poland. Varied and fresh. You are asked how you want your eggs and they are freshly made for you. Choice of salads, cereals, breads, fruits, yogourts, juices. Nothing is missing. The restaurant was closed the evening we arrived, so I can't comment on it. Good location to visit Tarnow (5 minutes by car from the center), but you need a car. The hotel is on a busy street but far enough from the street for this not to be a problem. Be aware that the air conditioning and ventilation works only if your key-card is inserted in the slot, so it doesn't work unless you are in the room, so I imagine it could get hot in the summer. The only reason I don't give a 5 to this hotel is the exterior, but as I wrote in my title, don't let this discourage you from going in. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

  dont know if id return to this hotel

  I was staying her for 4 nights as a mini holiday for my friends wedding. Arrived and I just didn't know what to expect as the outside was not very well kept. The lobby was very quite. We checked in and went to our room. I was very disappointed as we were greeted by a very very warm room with no air conditioning. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was broken had to hold the hose to use it. this room not suitable for three girls sharing and no mirrors in the room. was so disappointed. we reported to the staff that we were not happy and they gladly changed the room but was told we were going to have to pay more. I wasn't happy with this as it was an inconvenience and we should have been given a proper room in the first place . the new room was nicer much more like what was on the pictures but they did not give us clean towels for the 3 nights we were in the new room. felt like they were chancing their arm to see would they get away with giving us a crappy room !!

  Clean hotel and great breakfast.

  Like other reviewers, when I pulled in I wasn't sure I had made a good choice with this hotel-it sits fairly near a busy road, and the parking lot is a little confusing. But you can't hear much from the road, and my room faced the road. The hotel is clean, the room pleasant, the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent. It was a nice surprise.

  Nice comfortable hotel and great value for money

  We have stayed here on 2 occasions now. The hotel is very clean with modern rooms and facilities. The resteraunt is large and the food choice is good serving some really nice local dishes.. Interestingly they serve dinner to you at the table straight from the saucepans which is a nice touch.. The only criticism I can find is that its not worth booking half board as they only provide you 30zlt per person voucher for your evening meal.. This doesnt even cover the cost of a steak meal!!! So better value to book room only and pay for what you want... Having said that I am sure we will be back again in the near future.

  We only spent one night here. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Well felt well rested and rejuvenated. Very very friendly staff, very welcoming. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we didnt stay long enough to eat there.
