  Family villa week break

  Spent a week at the villa. Will definitely need a car to get to and from the villa . Up a steep slope but generally easy to find Met by courteous staff on our first day . The villa has great views of the sea in the distance. Well equipped with most of what you need . Great pool up front. Only gripe would be the decor and bathrooms - needs upgrading . Generally excellent villa away from the towns which suited us to a T .

  A place to relax and unwind

  You are greeted by Julie who settles and checks you in (no fuss or hassle) and invited for chilled proseco and canapés to meet other guests. Our villa had an open plan living/kitchen/dinning area which was bright, well equipped and uncluttered with very comfortable furnishings. The lounge had double patio doors providing access to a seating area with private pool. The outside was spacious with stunning views which was a perfect place to relax. There were three large bedrooms all with A/C two were en suite and there was an additional bathroom with shower. Washing machine also provided. Meals were brought to us by Adelina who was meticulous and attentive with the food being served as if you were in a restaurant. The food itself was devine and tasted fresh with ample portions being served every night. We saw no reason to go the hotel for dinner because the quality of the food and relaxing nature of villa never warranted it. We felt the menu had plenty of choice for dinner and breakfast which was never repetitive. Villa and pool area is maintained to a very high standard every day by Thasos (pool), Viki and Rozetta (housekeeping) we hope we have spelt everyones names correctly. All the staff are a real credit to this villa complex as they work tirelessly to make your holiday perfect, we can't thank them enough for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and are already saving for our next visit here.

  Stunning property, amazing service and great location

  Our family of four spent 6 days at Pleiades, in the two bedroom superior villa "Electra" in June 2019. We were met by the staff who showed us all we needed to know about the villa, arranged a car to be delivered to the villa, and helped us arrange side trips to the grocery store and also arranged a three hour boat trip on Mirabello Bay. The location is close to Ag. Nic and also Elounda. We took advantage of the breakfast delivery each day and also used the beach at Domes of Elounda, a sister property on a beautiful part of the coast past Elounda. We cannot say enough about this property!

  Lovely villa with great service

  We really enjoyed our stay here and found Julie and Adelina to be super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All of our questions were answered. They recommended Domes of Elounda which has an amazing beach . We loved the cocktail evening where we met other guests. We fell in love with the cats, they are soooo cute.

  Amazing week

  This was our first time to the villas and we werent disappointed. You can not fault these villas, we were in Celaeno which was pure luxury we didnt have to lift a finger. We had a lovely welcome from Adelina who could not do enough for us. She organised our airport transfer, bought in groceries which we had requested via email, recommended restaurants and outings and ordered taxis during our visit. The pool was cleaned every morning by a friendly chap and the 2 lovely cleaners came in every day to have a tidy round for us. We had clean towels every day and a freshly made bed. Breakfast you order the night before and believe me it is amazing, all freshly cooked and delivered by Adelina to your front door. We can say that we have been spoilt for the week. Havanna beach is just a short walk from the villas vans if you are feeling energetic you can walk into Agios but does take about 45 minuets. You must go to the lake as lots of lovely nightlife for all ages and wonderful restaurants. We are already planning our return visit. There is a little cat that visits every day we named her Celina she loves a bowl of milk and to have a lounge around the pool with you.
