  Excelente hotel. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Hotel agradable, limpio, servicio impecable especialmente Johnny y Peter. Ubicación excelente a 5 minutos en coche del pueblo de Chatham. Muchas gracias por todo.

  A little getaway!!

  We just spent one night @ Pleasant Bay Village. It it a beautiful place! The grounds are so relaxing & the landscaping is superb!! Ive never seen Koi fish that were that big. The pool & hot tub were awesome & clean. The room was clean & comfortable. The staff person @ the desk was friendly & had great information about the area. Unfortunately, we only had time in our schedules for one night but well be back for longer next time for sure! I highly recommend this piece of paradise to anyone! You wont be disappointed!!

  Lovely place

  Post labor day, spent a couple of days at Pleasant Bay. It was our first time staying in Chatham, but not our first time to the Cape. After staying here, I cannot imagine staying elsewhere when visiting the Cape with my dog. The room/efficiency provided all the comforts we needed, plus we had a nice little private deck. The grounds are very well kept and full of nice little features. There is a very nice aesthetic to this place and staff are friendly.

  Best escape for the family

  We brought our one year old and dog here and absolutely loved our stay. They are doing a great job keeping the place safe and clean. All staff wore masks, they were regularly cleaning the pool area, and they made it our choice how we interacted with cleaning of the rooms. The space was modern and peaceful. Truly so glad we took the time to escape the city for a weekend retreat here.

  Perfect trip!

  Our trip was the perfect getaway. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Especially, Johnny at the front desk and the entire housekeeping crew. The resort was immaculate. It is beautifully landscaped. The accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! I will recommend Pleasant Bay to my family and friends.
