    Sadly Neglected.

    The lowlight of our holiday.....Plaza Inn in Big Spring. The carpet wasn't clean, the baseboard was falling away from the wall, there was light coming in under the door with a crack so big that critters could easily make their way inside. The mattress was old, hard and needed to be replaced. This hotel has been neglected for a long time. $70.00 was not a fair price to charge for a $19.00 room.

    Worst hotel I've been in

    The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was dirty and it was even disgusting to touch anything. During the night I got bitten by bed bugs, and there was also a leak in our ceiling. The wifi didn't work and the breakfast was so terrible that we didn't even eat it. Overall the hotel was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.

    Great motel with great rates

    So I am not sure what it reason anybody would have problem here. It is not Hampton inn but with economical rate and friendly staff I would take this one over any overpriced hotels any day. I loved it here. Happy

    Cancelled off/re-booked remaining nights because they assumed I wouldnt use

    I tried getting into my room the second night, only to find it was booked to someone else. Turns out they assumed I wasnt going to use it because I didnt leave personal property behind the next morning. And had no record of me from the previous night. Eventually got another room but surprise- it was 90 degrees and the AC hardly works. Its 80 degrees now and almost 2 in the morning. How many stars is fair?

    Nice hotel

    The people were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the rates were fair. The housekeeper Jennifer was very nice and helpful. She was very friendly and went out of her way for us. She definitely deserves a vacation. She works super hard. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I would definitely stay again.
