  Para pasarla bien

  Fuimos con mi familia. Estuvimos muy cómodos ya que teníamos la playa prácticamente a pasos del Hotel, el mismo nos daba sillas y sombrillas para poder estar en la arena. Voy a confesar que algunas cosas fallaron, de vez en cuando nos daban ganas de irnos al hotel del frente.

  Great food, good price, overall OK

  There are lots of reviews already, I will just share my impressions on a few aspects quickly. Location: the location is good, the sea is 2 minutes walk, the bus station is also very close. The area is quiet at night, no night life, great for families with children. Room: yes, the room wasn't too big, and the shower is tiny, but this is the norm for Italy :) Soundproofing poor. Noisy children and loud talking can be heard from the neighbouring rooms. Food: good food at lunch and dinner, breakfast very basic, buffet with large choice, but sometimes buffet food was re-used, not so great. Cleanliness: room cleaning was quite superficial (dust left on the furniture), but it is understandable, as only 2 maids were doing the whole hotel (over 30 rooms I think), and they were also working in the kitchen, I always saw them there during lunch and dinner. A couple of times they apologized that the couldn't get to clean our room until the late afternoon. I talked to them a bit, they complained that even if they worked hard all day, the manager was always chasing them, and she didn't pay them on time. (not my business, but still... it left me with a bitter taste).

  Not up to Italian Standards!

  The reasons for my low review score are for the following: We requested a room with Air Conditioning; the Air Conditioning was not working. The Receptionist did not offer a change of rooms and she sent us a broken fan. After complaining, another staff (from the bar) came to check the Air conditioner and brought up a working fan. He informed us that we may change the room the next day. After eating a couple of days, we were very dissatisfied and communicated this with the Receptionist. She stated maybe it was not our taste, and said we should try one more day. We agreed to try one more day; however, there was not any improvement. My opinion is that the hotel was being cheap and serving frozen food, which did not meet the standards one expects in Italy. To make matters worse, the Receptionist informed my son in law that she would reimburse money for my daughter not eating lunch and dinner (we were obligated to eat breakfast, as it was with the room). However, we went in order to spend time with all of the family. The bar down the street had real Capuccino and fresh pasteries. The Receptionist did not reimburse money spent on the meals, and my daughter was eating out with me, which incurred an additional expense. The room itself, was ok. The bathroom was not the picture of cleanliness. The allocated beach spot was located a few blocks away, and the parking lot for the car was several blocks away in the opposite direction, in a mud hole! We will not return here and we do not advise anyone to make reservations here. This is the only time I have ever had terrible food in Italy. There are good restaurants in the area, and I was glad to find food to please the palate. When in Italy, you want the "Wow Factor" not foods congelato!

  Dont stay here

  Horrible Hotel do not let the pictures fool you. Showers are so small that you cannot turn around in them, shower doors falling off the hinges, covered in mold and smells like mold, Air conditioners do not work, no you do not have hair dryers, lights falling off the wall along with obvious electrical fire damage. Food wasnt very good as well. We came here with a bus tour for one week I actually moved up the street to much nicer hotel and didnt care what it cost me because this hotel was unfit to stay in. The hotel up the street had a swimming pool beautiful rooms nice dining area good food and it was only 100 per night with breakfast. In Germany or North America this hotel would not be allowed operate due to health and safety reasons.

  very small rooms, cleanliness is done superficially, there are 2 camerists who clean up at 30 rooms, then go to the Kitchen and help. the shower cabin is a miniature room just 60 cmx60 cm long and linen does not change, cold food and a few days kept in the refrigerator, tablecloths and dirty napkins, serving is made in disposable glasses, the owner said a lady at the request mys that these are the services to enjoy what I have, indifference. Do not get to this hotel is poor and does not respect the minimum travel norm
