  Clean, safe and spacious room.

  I recently stayed here for two nights and was very pleased with my choice. It is an apartment hotel, so it doesn't have full 24-hour hotel facilities, but the room was of a high standard: spotlessly clean, safe, quiet, sunny and high-ceilinged and it suited me very well. There was a desk and a high-quality big TV and DVD player. It is less than 100m from the tram stop, and it takes about 10 minutes to get into the city centre. There is a nice local neighbourhood very close by, with bars and restaurants, that also had a street market on the Thursday when I was there. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk away, and there is a park nearby, so it is in a good location. Breakfast is simple, but fresh, and the stairs down to the breakfast room are very narrow. I would happily return there.

  A really comfortable stay....and a short 10min walk to the beach

  We had a really nice modern room on the ground floor front, and it was quiet despite the tram running a short distance away.....this was handy as we arrived by tram from Haag station and it stops about 50m from the B&B. Use this place if you enjoy a short walk to the beach but far enough away from the bustle of the sea front. Continental breakfast was served downstairs which may not suit everyone...they are a little steep. Would we go back....yes we would.

  Value for money

  Very lovely house, spacious room, good bathroom (although I would get rid of the bath and make a big shower for easy getting in and out), small balcony for the smoking people. very close to the beach, Breakfast simply delicious (maybe a bit early on Sunday - 0900-1000 am) but who wants to stay in bed when the sun shines ? Staff extraordinary helpful.

  Cómodo y limpio. Pequeño pero habitaciones grandes y kitchener completa. Baño limpio. El precio no es accesible. Lejos del centro pero buena comunicación por tranvía. En zona de playa, tal vez mejor en verano

  Not recommended hotel.We don't feel save in this hotel. Owner is not nice and became very aggressive. He also tells everyone that there is a parking at the hotel, but that is not true, and when you want to discuss that, he gets angry.
