    Very good

    Excellent location. Good furniture. Acceptable price. However you must have a small car to use the underground parking . The shower place is extremely small. Room service needs to improve. In general I recommend this place for families.

    "Business as usual"

    I was a little surprised when we arrived at the front desk and was meet by a staff member who could could not speak or understand English. Once checked in, the room was small but neat, the bed comfortable and the facilities adequate. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain did not ensure the bathroom stayed dry but we could tolerate that. However the water did not drain quick enough and the uncomfortable feeling of having shower water around your ankles was terrible. The Breakfast offering was fine and well attended, the top floor provided a welcome playground for small kids and a pool that was empty but filled after 2 days.. The evening dining is non existent and the offering dismal, I recommend dinning outside the hotel if you seek a meal in the evening. I found most of the staff friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The basement parking was well received although a little dangerous with only 1 entrance for cars both leaving and arriving around a sharp corner. The overall experience was ok but not memorable.

    Quite Stay

    Positives: Location . Car Parking. Quietness. Suites availability. View in the restaurant and cafe. Acceptable price. Areas of improvement: Size of bathroom is small. Hand washing need maintenance. Kitchen need cleaning well. Water in the coffee and tea area was used before.

    Comfortable Stay

    It was a very short stay of approx 10 hours only as I needed a place to stay before my flight in early hours next day. I stayed with my family. Its a very decent property, with nice clean rooms and all facilities were very good. Kids play area was bit rusty but since its on roof so thats pretty understandable. The rooms were big and nice comfortable bed. The location is also very good right in front of mall and next all major restaurants.

    Excellent place to stay

    The reception people are very friendly. The Apartment where clean. House keeping people did a very good Job. They have a sitting area on the Terrace besides a small pool for children and a restaurant. Breakfast buffet is very good with the menu constantly changing.
