  very nice place

  Rented for 3 nights when visiting in July. We did have to get the keys from another place but it was found very easy and the staff were very nice and helpful. The room was spotless, and you are supplied with plates cups and everything you need to make meals in your room this was useful to save a little cash. The hotel is in a good location and not far from Tim Horton's lol. I didn't have any complaints at all. Oh and their is private underground parking as well.. Great value

  Very nice

  We stayed her for 4 nights and it was a little hard at first to find where you got the keys from as they are in a different building but once we worked that out it was great very clean well equipped with pots pans knives and forks etc and a washer and dryer which was fantastic

  Staying at the Res

  This was a great place to stay, it was quiet as I was on the night shift, everyone was helpful. Cleaning staff were very understanding and helpful with all areas. Front end staff at the hotel where you check in were very helpful and friendly.

  Spacious suite - service could be improved

  Stayed in a two bedroom suite. The rooms are separate and each have a tv. The beds are super comfortable and the linens make sleep heavenly. The bathrooms are very small and barely enough room for one person. Each room has an air conditioner that would make the summer months very comfortable. The rooms are advertised as having a continental breakfast - although it is in a separate building about 4 blocks away. The food is not only minimal, but there is no selection. Welcome to bread, a couple muffins and small cereal boxes. We were afraid to have more than one item, as it would leave nothing for any other guest. There was about 2 of each item available. The check in desk had NO personality, no smile and no additional information. In fact, the check in was this weird cafe table beside a deli counter. You won't get a welcome or any information about the residences, nor will they tell you breakfast isn't available in the building. We only found this out after walking around and seeing there was nothing on site. Management needs some training. Breakfast either needs to be included or drop it all together. A pamphlet about the location of the buildings and wifi info would be a great add-on. An obvious check in counter is also needed.

  Very Convenient Hotel

  This hotel is located in downtown Fort McMurray. It was within a 10 min walk for groceries and drug store. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the room and full size refrigerator. There was lots of parking room. The girls Joyce and Mody were great at keeping our room clean and regularly changing the towels and bedding. The only negative was that I found the bed too soft but the couch worked. Upkeep of building was A1.
