  Sucio, caro, y el ruido es infernal, imposible dormir. De lo peor que he visto. Cogimos 2 noches y Cancelamos la segunda, no pareció preocuparles. El staff del hotel como si no estuviera, no hacen nada.

  Centrally located but only average in other respects

  I spent two nights at this hotel last November-2018.The booking was handled over the telephone and at this point I would like to pay tribute to Adile.When I arrived check-in was speedily handled.The room,however,was gloomy and depressing and had neither fan nor A.C....At RM170 per night I feel that this hotel is not good value.Breakfast was a disaster and the food was poorly presented and inedible.I ended up having breakfast elsewhere each morning.Eventhough the staff were friendly I cannot give this hotel a recommendation and do not intend to return.Worth 5 out of 10 only.

  Stay at planters hotel

  A great place to stay when in the Cameron Highlands in West Malaysia. This hotel is located near the entrance to Tanah Rata right on the main road through the city. It is convenient and gives easy access to all places of interest. Rooms are clean and lifts are an extra bonus to higher floors. There are restaurants and convenience shops all within walking distances of the hotel. Jungle walks like in Gunung Jasar, Parit Falls and Robinson Falls are easily reached by foot. There are shops nearby for motocycle rental or for those with families or who prefer arrangements for car rental with guides may be made.

  If you're looking for a simple, no frills room along the main road, this is the place. The room is clean and water pressure is very strong. WiFi is very and hot water is a delight. Staff is friendly too.

  Room with bedbuds and bad services!!!

  I come for a business meeting in Tanah Rata and I stay in this Planters Hotel at Room 303! At 4am I reach down to front desk and explain that my room got something bite me and I even show him my hand how it look then the front desk (Indian Guy mid 25yo) dont even bother just reply me we are full! I say is bed buds bite on my hand, ear, my leg and my back also and the front desk answer we dont have this issue, no room change !!! Not even apologies!!! Am working in hotel industry in KL also and this kind of service is not acceptable at all!!!! I no need to say so much, below are the PICTURE that I find bed buds on the bed!!! (ZOOM IN THE PICTURE) I even record it but unfortunately tripadviser cant post video here! Am not coming back to this hotel even the whole Tanah Rata hotel is full house!!! I rather drive 3 hour+ back to KL! I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, WiFi is hang! Bathroom Water pressure is very low, hardly can take a bath! services........ This is 1st and no more chance for me to come back!!!!!
