  Agradable pero por rehabilitar

  Las estrellas están más que justificadas con el servicio y la atención del hotel. Aunque parte del encanto está en su atemporalidad, creo que algunas de las instalaciones podrían modernizarse. El desayuno era estupendo, también la ubicación.

  Very enjoyable stay.

  My boyfriend and I spent a few very enjoyable days here in August. Parking, breakfast and private beach with umbrella /lounge chairs are included! Good friendly service at all times. The pianist who played each evening in the bar was very nice. Special dinner by the pool was memorable.The manicured gardens, gate & ample entrance provide immediately a great impression of the hotel: the lighting at night make it also very appealing. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Lovely holiday

  We stayed here for 10 days and had a lovely holiday. Very friendly reception, cleaning, pool bar and beach(restaurant and lifeguards) staff. Animation team were quite good too. Restaurant service / food were fairly good but person responsible for customer care was not helpful. Piano in restaurant did not suit us sitting so near. Menus tended to be quite repetitive.

  A perfect place

  This hotel sits on a massive property and has its own walkway to a private beach. The amenities are great and the breakfast is superb especially the individually made coffees. Its a short 10 to 15 minute walk along the beach to town and a super way to end a meal or prepare for a meal by walking to the town area.

  Time for a lift

  This time I was disappointed ,, Its a beautiful location , lovely ample swimming pools , lovely beach front , even the Hotel staff is nice , courteous , and available .. the animation was superb , the young man that sang every night and kept us entertained by the bar was superb ( even if after a few nights it gets repetitive ) , but the thing that disappointed me was the food and the rooms ,, for that price you expect a lot more than habitat type of furniture ,, the rooms look TIRED , the bath/shower inadeguate .. not coffe making facilities in the room , so , its 5 star hotel prices , but you get 3 star type luxury ,, I been there many times before , when there was a proper correlation between price and accommodation ,, but not this time ,, as for the restaurant , due to Covid there was no additional buffet , therefore we had to make do with what was offered ,, and again , for the price ( 40/50 euros per head ) , the portions were very VERY SMALL ,and if the wife agrees ( we are not huge eaters ) than we know its not exaggeration, ,, in the past you could add the buffet side of things , and fill yourself up , but this time all we could ask for was bread bread bread IF WE WERE LUCKY TO CATCH THE WAITER ,..the pasta course was nothing more than testers ,the quality of the food was Very average ,,..,, the SERVICE in the restaurant was also poor , so they wear these dated black tie that is supposed to represent glamour , but the staff were not attentive , in fact it was very hard to get their attention ,, WE WERE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED,,,
