  Relax en un entorno idílico

  Es un hotel precioso enmarcado en un entorno paisajístico muy bello. Es nuevo y dispone de todas las comodidades y servicios. Nosotros fuimos en verano, fuera de la temporada alta de invierno ya que también tiene pistas de esquí cercanas. Además la relación calidad/precio es sorprendente para un hotel de 5 estrellas. Bulgaria es un pais a conocer.

  Great for weekend Golf Trip

  If you are after a place to stay while on your weekend Golf trip, the apartments are a great choice. The location is obviosely and advantage since its part of the general Pirin Golf Resort. Apartment are spacious, bathrooms clean. If the room price includes breakfast, this is usualy served at the Clubhouse, which is very convinient. Coupled with the 18hole + lunch deal, you are looking at a very nice day golfing and eating some great local food. Queens pub in the evening for few pints, happy days. See you soon PGC.

  couldnt book room

  It took me 3 days to book one room with this hotel. It was last minute type booking. The first initial response was quick and thy offered me a room based on what I required and all was good till then. But I had some follow up questions in regards to amenities, parking etc which I needed answers to before booking. I had asked a few questions in my email but only received an answer to one at a time. By the time my questions were answered over 24hrs passed. Then early the next morning (the day before the check in date) I confirm the reservation with them. Didn't get a response all day so in the evening I called. The same lady told me the room type was no longer available. I told her I had been waiting all day for a response, but she didnt seem too bothered. She just said that she will email me some resolution shortly, which she did about an hour later. I confirmed that option immediately ( a more expensive option), but again didn't get a responce till mid morning on the check in date. Dint end up going, found another place which offered me better options. I figured going by the lack of customer service until that time, that it would be the same type of service during our stay.

  Awful, awful, awful service!

  Really awfull only from start! We booked 2 studios nextanext to each other and theithe check inwin timeatime was at 2:00pm. We came at 04:40pm and they asked us to wait 40 minutes. After the 40 minutes, they wanted to wait another 30 minutes! And of course, after that we wait mire?! Losing our half day waiting! Of course the option they gave us instead of a late check out or anything, was to take another room in the other side of the complex! Of course, 3 other people came and they checked in normally after us! Stay away, it is overpriced for what they offer, and it is like a ghost town. Some houses are inside (people are living) they supposed to have stores for shopping and restaurants (except the main restaurant) and everything are closed. In the photo is the amazing reveptionusts that ruined our day!

  So So

  We booked studio and i asked mountain view ..so i saw the mountain but not from my window The stuff was kind but the room wasnt clean..We had a problem with the toilet- the water was so slow and if you are using the toilet after someone else you need to fill the container with the shower I said we are with child and i asked bigger bed (for 2 adults and 1 kid ) soo the bed was too little and uncomfortable and for 1.1/2 adultWhen we arrived and when i saw the views i wanted to stay more days not just 2...but after bad experiences with the bed and the toilet I wanted to leave fasterI am not sure hows the things with the hotel but the studios are not recommended by me! The spa and the food were okay,not perfect but okay!
