  Best in town

  I have been loged a couple of times in the hotel, traveling for business purpose. Very good location, easy to find comming from the Krakow Airport motorway, large, safe, parking place, excelent breakfast. The swimming pool and sauna, available for free, for the guests. Very nice, attractive soroundings, with a lake, running piste, wild life.

  Very unique place, the construction of building is intresting.The rooms little bit small but nice, clean. Own fitness,welness and spa, but the water little bit cold and not clean.Breakfast is good but no special foods. Good place but not five*.

  Not worth 5 stars

  On arrival fund old food in the cabinet. AC did not work in all rooms we stay. The pool for the guests is closed due to outside reservation. Sauna closed and not working. Breakfast is the same every day. Side orders not allowed. Restaurant and bar closing at 10 PM. I will give this property 2 stars. For the service provided to expensive.

  5 stars only for prices - but the rest maximum 3-4 stars.

  Really original architecture, but not so consistent interior. Great park around. Good parking. Quite clean everywhere. Nice and helpful staff. Uneven dishes - some fantastic (e.g. Chatoubriand steak) some very simple. Not so rich menu and vine list. Prices like from Michelin-1-star restaurants minimum! But attention... Really horrible ventilation, almost absent! A lot ot damaged equipment, especially in the spa. Finally: definitely too expensive.

  Hotel Piramida not a winner

  Booked this place for short 3 day stay visiting family in the area. Good location close to lake walking distance to nice bar and restaurant with good atmosphere as the Piramida has no atmosphere! Everywhere was so quiet that I felt I had to whisper! Quirky Egyptian theme although not sure how this fits into Silesian mining town ! Room was clean and good size . We paid for bigger room shame our bed was not bigger to match the room size. Only one pillow each . No extra pillows in room . The duvet barely covered the bed which resulted in one of us being uncovered if the other turned over ! Breakfast good selection but quite random and inconsistent. Bar overpriced and staff keen to keep informing us that would shut exactly at 22.00. The place was so quiet one would have thought they would appreciate our business and stay open at least for another drink ! Would we stay again ?That would be a no We should have listened to our family who advised us not to stay . They were right.
