  Good hotel

  We stayed here for a week in January for skiing. The room was ok, we asked for warmer blankets and got them immediately. The hotel is located in the center, but a little bit far from the chairlifts - if you are going in ski boots)))) Staff is very helpful and everything was great except for the breakfast - it was rather poor: just one kind of ham, cheese and sausage; muesli, a lot of jams and sweets, but no omlette, eggs, bacon, etc. After a couple of hours of skiing we already were hungry. And sound proofing was bad - we could hear the neighbors and the sounds from the street -cars, etc.

  Noisy neigbor hotel Corona and slightly worn off

  The hotel is a typical mid-price alpine hotel. Beds could be better with some of the mattresses way too soft, breakfast could be more varied. Staff is friendly. BUT the biggest problem was the hotel across the street having a noisy and and annoying after ski party everday. You might as well have been there yourself, so loud were they playing.

  Friendly and helpful staff, excellent and abundant meals

  The third year we've returned to this family-run hotel with a group that reserves the whole hotel for a week, and it's the high point of our year. I always gain a few kilos from the excellent and ambitious meals, prepared for our very demanding mostly Italian group. Choice of three primi and then two secondi, desserts are also great. Service friendly but sometimes overwhelmed when the hotel is full. The staff does everything possible to help or to stay out of our way as required. The rooms range in size and epoch, some are rather shabby, some have "vintage" fixtures. Some face the road and thus are noisy. No minibar, small tv, bathrooms both large and small. The morning shuttle to the skilift is overwhelmed by big groups. If you want luxury there are better choices. It's best in a group because you don't want to stay in your small and spartan room, but rather hang around the lobby, bar and lounge. Wi-fi is spotty but improving.

  Warm environment

  We are a returning customer. The good and friendly services includes a shuttle to / from the skiing trails, excellent food, spacious family rooms, indoor recreative zones, parking area, a discotheque.

  Ok rooms but the food is terrible

  The rooms in the hotel are ok but are very cramped, the bathrooms were small and the showers were dirty. The location is great as it is near the ski resort and many other things. The worst part is the food. The meals are a selection of two meals. One of the meals I received was OX TONGUE, it was disgusting, overall the meals are disgusting and disappointing. Not impressed but if the food improved, it would be miles better.
