  Excellent family run hotel

  Great location 2 minute walk to Natrun ski lift. Everyone here is so friendly, excellent service. Ula (waitress) is absolutely delightful. Every meal was superb. The menu was varied and prepared with great skill and flavour. Rooms are charming, good shower - essential after a hard days skiing.

  Great Hospitality in the heart of Maria Alm!

  We had such a fantastic stay in the end of March. From the first contact with Theresa and her quick and prompt replies to my questions by email to the friendly greeting upon arrival, it was a truly professional and authentic experience. The room was very well appointed and comfortable with a gorgeous newly renovated bathroom. The food and beverage experience was outstanding and we really enjoyed the home cooked 3 course dinner experience. The service was exemplary and the food fantastic with nice wine pairings. The hotels is very well situated in the heart of the village. We hope to be back next year!

  Pinzgauer Hof: a very nice hotel.

  We received a very good service. The hotel is nice with big rooms and very functional apartments. It's located in the center of Maria Alm and less than 100 meters from the lift to Natrun. The owners are very kind and also the dinner served in the restaurant is very good. This is the second time we stay in this hotel and I would strongly recommend to stay here. Alfredo.

  Good restaurant

  Stayed at this hotel for three nights in September. Took the half pension option and found the meals of good quality and the waitress warm and friendly. That alone made me give it 4 stars as I found the rest of the service wanting. No one at check-in and it was lucky I can read a bit of. German as there was a note for me stating that I should help myself to the key from the board and let myself in! Even so, the room was everything I asked that I did not want, single bed against a wall etc. It took some time before I could flag someone down so it could be rectified. All that let the place down. Hotel is in an excellent position and the rooms are clean.

  Lovely hotel in Maria Alm

  It was just great ! Clean and warm room with a view of the mountain, quality sleep and food, location just behind the lovely church ( bells in the morning a music for ears ), vicinity of excellent ski resort of Hochkonig. Cannot thank you enough, Theresa ! Gabriela
