  Un hotel sucio

  Llegamos después de 4 horas de retraso. El hotel parecía agradable pero cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, comprobé la ropa de cama que se veía vieja y a falta de otras nuevas puesto que tenían un aspecto grisáceo y algunas manchas como si necesitaran un lavado. Lo mismo pasaba con las toallas que eran viejas y tenían manchas. Era lo peor que había visto en 25 años visitanto diferentes lugares en el extranjero. El personal no sonreía, sólo algunos eran amables pero el resto aparentaban tener malestar. En cuanto al entretenimiento, no celebraban ninguna fiesta infantil. Los vasos estaban sucios, los platos viejos y agrietados, de hecho he perdido la cuenta de la cantidad de veces que tuve que devolver un vaso porque estaban sucios. Al personal de limpieza de la piscina se le pagaba por hacer nada pues limpiaban las baldosas de alrededor de la piscina con algo que se podría describir como una fregona negra, pese a que había incluso colillas de cigarrillos, cristales y basura esparcidos por el suelo y debajo de las hamacas. Los gérmenes acampaban a sus anchas. También las hamacas estaban sucias y así podría estar horas. Es preciso que vayan los inspectores del hotel para que se limpie el hotel. Era la primera vez que iba a Turquía pero va a ser la última. Gracias a la pésima experiencia en este hotel, estaba deseando volver a casa ¡Gracias a Dios que sólo reservé una semana!

  I HAVE NOTHING GREAT TO SAY!!

  The location is the only good thing! The hotel is not great at all in terms of sanitation and hygiene in the rooms and on the grounds and in the hallways and in the bathroom and in the dining room, This hotel does not deserve a four-star rating due to many factors that let this hotel down. The staff in the hotel need training on Customer Service for starters. The restaurant menu needs updating as the food that was served to the guests were all processed foods or Frozen Foods that will cooked mainly in the dining room and the only plus side to the menu is I suppose the fresh salad thats served daily. The hotel rooms that we all stayed in need updating...their carpets....the curtain....the bedding....and the air conditioning in the room...the bathroom shower cubicles all need updating and changing...the tiles on the bathroom floor and the tiles on the bathroom walls all need replacing and updating. The lobby area was the only place where Wi-Fi existed and to be fair the Wi-Fi in the lobby was so weak and bad that I couldnt even open any of my emails I couldnt even download a single attachment in my email I couldnt even check in for my departure flight I had to use the staff members Internet from his phone to do so. The lobby did not have one single comfortable chair or sofa for you to sit on there was no air-conditioning in the lobby. This hotel is supposed to be all inclusive however the staff seem to make their own rules up as and when they please. The staff do not like serving more than 2 cups of drinks to a guest and may I add the cups that the drinks are served in are a small tiny plastic cup. I have stayed in many hotels in the past and I have to just conclude that this hotel is one of those hotels that needs a lot of help, If you are the type of guest that is going to be drunk constantly on holiday and is going to go out every day and is going to come home late every day and you just want somewhere to just sleep then maybe this is the hotel for you but if youre expecting anything else or youre expecting something great in return then this is not the hotel for you, this hotel is barely just enough for for any guest to just maybe rest for a few nights and thats it.

  Pineta club hotel

  I stayed two weeks in the pineta hotel in September 2020, first thanks to the receptionist oslam. I will never forget her and her moral and respectful treatment ... Regarding the room, the complex bathroom is very old .. and the smell of sewage comes out of the bathroom ... and the cleanliness is not available, for only two weeks the room was cleaned only four times ... Even the bathroom, the towels did not change it. I used to go by myself to request a change of towels, and the bed was only cleaned 4 times. .. There are no detergents such as shampoo and soap in the bathroom except once upon my arrival to the hotel. As for the workers in the restaurant, they are doing their work very hard and they are very tired due to the continuous work .. The hotel needs to be changed and renewed as well .... The reception workers thank for what they do ... The food is good but it must be improved. In the hotel there are 3 good swimming pools ... In the three hotel buildings, there are no cameras at their entrances .. and there are no security guards in the hotel .. cameras are only at the entrance to the hotel ...   Just letting everyone know this hotel please from my experience do not come here Street cats in the restaurant were they want were they want cables hanging out of walls no air con asked to be moved they said no fully booked please please I'm telling every one that reads this stay away this hotel no hole should be condemned

  Don't ignore the bad reviews!!!

  Arrived home last week from our 10 night stay in what can only be described as a total hell hole. I honestly have never experienced anything like this. I really don't know where to begin. We paid extra for a family room and on arrival we got shown to our 2 bedroom room and when I say 2 bedrooms it was a separate room divided by a curtain that was dirty and mouldy. Opened the balcony door and the handle fell off in your hand. Rooms were absolutely disgusting, wires hanging out of the walls, big holes in the walls, a fridge that wasn't fit enough to put anything inside, all rusty and dirty. No air conditioning as it was broken. Carpets were so dirty you couldn't walk barefoot on them. No headboard on beds just dirty walls with plaster hanging off. Had to stay in the so called family room for one night before seeing a rep the next day. When we met with the rep he refused to help us until we paid for excursions off him, so rude and unhelpful. Eventually we got moved to a standard room and they put an extra single bed inside, which meant we had been downgraded from a family room to a smaller room where us as 2 adults 1 16yr old daughter and 1 12yr old son all had to share one bedroom which is totally unnaceptable. The room wasn't much cleaner than the first one but we soon realised it was a waste of time as the staff spoke very little english and turned their backs when trying to speak to them. Safe in room didn't lock , was told to wait on technician to fix it, WE ARE STILL WAITING. This meant having to carry all passports and money around with us, again totally unacceptable. FOOD.....was absolutely awful, we Are not a fussy family we usually always find something to eat but this was ridiculous, food was only catered for the Russian guests, no signs up to say what it was and when asked they couldn't understand you. Choice of tea, coffee or lemon juice that tasted like fairy liquid at breakfast, couldn't even get a slice of toast. Cats running around restaurant jumping on tables eating off plates, absolutely disgusting. All inclusive drinks were served in plastic cups measuring 2 inches high, by the time you got to the pool it was a waste of time. Pools looked clean from afar but up close the tiling was disgusting and dirty. No snacks during the day as advertised unless you paid for them, no ice cream at all for kids and only slush if you paid for it. We took spending money to take our family on excursions but ended up having to spend it eating out which is disgraceful when you expect to eat in hotel. Carpets on stairs in hotel were dangerous they actually came away from the stairs when walking on them. Overall faulty towers would have been a 5 star hotel compared to this. After working hard to save money for a family holiday we are disgusted with what we paid for a hell hole total false advertisement on sunmaster, how this hotel is rated 4 star is beyond me, even a local taxi driver laughed at us when we told him where to go and said "I feel sorry for you, biggest sh**hole in marmaris". We always book through sunmaster for our holidays but think we will be booking elsewhere from now on
