Be AwareThe community of Pines at Meadow Ridge is very pleasant. However, guests are not given enough towels for a week long stay. In addition, when the towels are not usable any longer due to excessive reuse, the resort requires the vacationing guest to not only do their own towel laundry, but require you to pay for the use of the washers and dryers. Unit furniture and decor is outdated. Bedroom television in our unit was not working properly with very static volume.

getaway to fraser COCondo was nice and clean. Amentities were open. Location was great for viewing area and close to Winter park. Calwood fires were close by but no affect on our trip except were not able to visit Grand Lake or get to enter rocky mountain national park due to fires.

Don't go here if you have a mask exemptionWe are two vets in the United States military with plenty of ailments to go around. Due to our jobs in the military we have been deemed disabled in many more ways than one. Because of these ailments, we are not able to wear a mask. The risk is too high. We scheduled a week to stay at pines at Meadow ridge. We had the pool scheduled for us for the whole week. When we arrived at the pool we were treated like walking diseases. We had our exemption card with us and the lady asked to touch it and take a picture of it. Then when they deemed it maybe alright for us to use the pool then she blocked the doorway unitl the building was empty. She made my daughter use hand sanitizer, of which has excema, then told us we weren't going to die from it. Then asks me what the card says that has our code on it and said read it to me I am not able to touch it. (However, just got done handling my disability card). She then proceeded to calm the sheriff, even though it is a health department issue not a sheriff's office issue and told us to call him if we want to come back. We called the sheriff throughout the week we were there and never recieved a call back. Mind you the pool was empty majority of the week.. it was snowing and cold outside..when we were there there was a family of 6 or so and we all stayed in our own pool. (There are three pools) this company needs to educate themselves on Title III of the ADA and needs to read the CDC website on their guidelines on who SHOULD NOT wear a mask. Then they need to talk to the health department because the county mandate DOES NOT state exemptions WILL NOT be honored.

Beautiful location and generally nice unitThe condos are probably the most spacious that we have stayed in around this area. The King sized bed is something thats hard to come by in this area. Very quiet at night and only a few minutes to the grocery store. Another 12-15 minutes and you are at beautiful Winter Park. As for the unit its self. The furniture and carpets have seen there best days many years ago. But that being said, they are functional and comfortable. Now for the reason that I didnt rate 4 star or higher. In our unit there is a significant mold issue. The entire fireplace is covered in mold growth and spores. Which in my opinion has been growing for years. I have contacted the office regarding this issue, but have yet to have a call back. Once this is treated I would be happy to give a higher rating.

very oldThe unit is ok size with king bed which was good. Twin beds are also good. Kitchen cabinets are also old. New stove and fridge. Bathrooms are newly done. Furniture is old. Very cheesy no clocks in bedrooms (very cheap to buy) Sleeps 6 so just six towels nothing extra. No extra blankets. Very dark inside paneling from the 70's. The shag carpet is from the 70"s and is in very bad shape smells like all the years of renting. Had to go get air fresheners. You don't want to walk with out footwear on. Also, check in is 5 pm and check out is 9 am which is absurd they said because of Covid (they are riding the covid wave) Manager not very nice!!
