  Clean pleasant stay

  Arrived around 10pm, staff very pleasant, room clean and warm. Bed very comfortable. The place is not new but well maintained, overall very good value for the price paid. Close to MacDonald's for breakfast.

  Pet Fee Robbery

  Place is very OK, but at $50 a night what can you expect? Wifi barely works. We had our two older, well behaved dogs with us since it's advertised as pet friendly. No mention of a pet fee until the day before we check out, which they insists is $25 per dog. Per night! So, DOUBLE our nightly rate. For a very basic, OK place. With kids stomping around all night every night above us, which we did not complain about. If you can't find any other place in the area and you land here, just ask upfront about any fees. Don't get surprised like we did. Paper thin walls and ceiling.

  Two night weekend stay

  Value for money=5 star. If youre only paying $54/night, dont expect 5 star accommodation! Dog-friendly, rooms clean, staff friendly and attentive. Pool closed due to COVID. The maintenance guy even took my dog for a walk around the premises!

  Old But Clean.

  Stayed at the Pilgrim for one night. Checkin was interesting. I had to call upon arrival and was buzzed into the lobby. I was given the combination to a lock box which had my room key in it. All in the name of social distancing lol. Our room had a large comfortable king bed. it also had a table and 2 chairs as well as a desk. The decor of the room is very outdated. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Another interesting thing in the shower was the shampoo, conditioner, soap dispenser instead of individual ones but it worked well so no complaints for that. I had a very restful night there and it is a very inexpensive for a night. If ever in the Berkshires This is a good place to stay.

  Dirtiest motel room I have ever stayed in

  Crumbs and what looks like tobacco on the floor and the closet. Some pink substance that might be gum on the side of bathroom sink drain. Paper plate with solidified catsup and dirty napkin behind night table between beds. Desk and table surfaces sticky. This room was not cleaned. I'm not one to complain. For the price I wasn't expecting luxury, but this is appalling.
