  Lugar nefasto sin servicios y sin gestión

  El lugar está aislado y necesitas vehículo para cualquier cosa. Está justo delante de la playa y del centro de buceo, eso es bueno, pero no hay absolutamente nada más. Cuidado con este sitio y con la gestión del mismo. Nosotros tuvimos varios problemas que no pudimos solucionar y aún esperamos que nos contesten un mail con las soluciones. Alojamiento muy mal llevado

  Lonely place

  This hotel situated a nice place..it very close to pigeon I lend & beech..owner nice..he have a lot of story about tsunami. No restaurant. Not bad. That are all ways helpfully...the hotel bort man is adventure at the see. One of family living close to the hotel. They made Indian food.

  Quirky Showers, friendly staff but approach to the beach litter-strewn

  We stayed there with our Sri Lankan friends the week before the prices doubled for the high season. The hotel had been recently refurbished and the rooms, balconies and lobbies were clean and bright and WIFI access was free. The third floor is still being reburbished The AC worked, however, the showers were very hit and miss - they had obviously been installed recently with heaters however, sometimes there was no water at all other times there was a scalding trickle and at other times the water stopped completely in mid flow - this happened when I was actually trying to wash my hair! There was no restaurant but meals were provided separately by the helpful owner - however, there is a restaurant being built, which will ruin the sea view. It was this building site which provided most of but not all of the litter on the way to the uncrowded beach. The hotel is quite away out from Trincomalee and so transport is need to go anywhere - we had our own transport. Whilst we were there the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We too had a trip to Pigeon island and were subject to a ticket scam but our Sri Lankan friends ensured that we stayed for three hours and hired good snorkelling gear.

  Our overnight stay

  Thank you for a clean room and large clean comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast excellent. Pity we could not stay longer. Glorious beach and crystal clear calm sea at rear of hotel garden. Service also excellent Mary and Brian. England Club Palm Garden

  Catastrophe!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

  Dirty filthy rooms without windows!(!!!) Gross bathrooms! Overpriced! Rude staff! No room service! We were meant to stay for a relaxing 6 days but checked out after 4 as the building (dont wanna call it a hotel or guesthouse) disgusting! Nilaveli is beautiful and I highly recommend Cardemon Hotel which is next to this one!
