Good location and good size rooms with excellent viewsIdeal location with good size rooms and excellent views . Good access to main station area. Rooms were functional and clean and a surprising large size for a ski apartment with a balcony having excellent views over the mountains and local station

Poor plumbing & water supplyIf you enjoy having a hot bath in water that looks like tea then this is the place for you!! A contaminated boiler system seems to supply rusty coloured hot water to the apartments. The problem was present last year but the discoloration/rust traces were only marginal. This year, filling the batch with hot water was like filling the batch with tea!! PV reception advised that there is a plan to change the hot water tanks in the spring but I would not hold my breath yet. Last year we had similar assurances. Such a pity because the location is great and the staff do a superb job.

Very dated hotel with a beautiful viewCurrently staying here in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. The main bed is 140cm so husband sleeping on the couch. In the kids room with the bunkbeds you cant open the door past 90 degrees as you hit the cupboard behind. It is a box to say the least. The apartment is very dated and not maintained well. Lots of finishes which make it look old. For example the ceiling of the balcony is damaged. Paper is stuffed in the door to the balcony to stop a draft (I presume), and 3/6 chairs are so wobbly we havent let the kids sit on them. The apartment and kitchen are functional, however no chopping board so that was annoying. Seperate bathroom and showerroom with toilet. The shower didnt have a cover to the drain so you can see the water sitting there and it looked mouldy. I had to close the shower doors to avoid looking at it. The toilet appears to have been stuck back together and painted over. In the bathroom the corners of the shower are mouldy but the glass was surprisingly clean. Oh and the tv is even smaller than a hospital tv on the wall. The view and location are by far the selling point. The view overlooks the slopes which is amazing. I cant believe though the cost of this accommodation considering the condition of the apartment. Disappointing and we wont return.

Skiing tripAccommodation clean and comfortable. Views from apartments are great. Reception staff very polite and helpful. You need to access the accommodation using the Funciular train which isnt too much hassle but if you have kids its worth booking a ski locker nearer the slopes.

Great ApartmentReally good one sperate bedroom apartment, loads of storage, good wifi signal on their basic free deal. Lots of hot water. The apartment was a little tired but very clean with loads of linen and towels, plenty of electric plugs and fantastic views of the mountains. We have been going to Isola 2000 for over 30 years and have stayed in most of the Hotels and apartments available and this is our favourite. Bus stops outside the reception and the funicula is a short walk . Brilliant staff Sarah and her husband were chrming and a credit to Pierre & Vacances.
