  basic at best

  simply a place to "get your head down". Nice pool and surrounding area but accommodation very very basic and not terribly clean. Area of La Baule is beautiful but this park is right on the edge. Baaad

  A Very Wiffy Welcome

  Paid to park. Accommodation smelt of urine. Offered can of spray by reception (unbelievable) swapped rooms. Beds hard. Long walk to restaurants (non on site) pool area quite nice. We wouldn't stay here again.

  La Baule

  Been 3 times. Great for kids - pools and large grass and tree area feeling safe. great location only 300m from beach and in between the villages of the bay to walk and cycle. cycles to hire are of a good standard and standards are kept up except for the slight need of a paint job on the external blockwork.

  Lovely location. Budget friendly option

  The apartment was clean and spacious, far more so than we were expecting. Fab location with plenty of open space and greenery. Very close to a wonderful beach and within walking distance of both Pornichet and la Baule. When we return to la baule we will not hesitate in booking royal parc again. Would happily recommend to others particularly those who are aware that lemonade money does not buy a champagne lifestyle: )

  Lovely apartment

  Stayed there at the end of August. We liked the place, probably would be nicer to enjoy the ocean and pool at the Mid of Summer as the end of August is out of the season and it could be a bit chilly, especially for those who not into a refreshing dip)) But we loved the area it seemed absolutely safe, not for people who do like to party as it is quite) the only difficulty we had when explaining ourselves at the restaurant as the habitats do not speak English but everyone was very friendly though
