Very comfortable and lovely helpful staff. It is worth paying the extra for a Premium residence as the kitchen area is bigger and it was easy to prepare food. The lounge and dining area is very spacious with lovely décor. Although the weather was awful most of the time it was lovely to look out from the balcony over to the Crozon Peninsular. On the good days we enjoyed watching the sun setting. The bathrooms were very clean and had good showers which were easy to use unlike some places we visit. It is a very good base as it was easy to visit places near and far from Treboul such as Pont Aven,The Belon Estuary, Concarneau, The Crozon Peninsula, Locronan, Pont l'Abbe and beyond. Had the weather been good we would have liked to visit the Reserve du Cap Sizun which looks spectacular, but it was too foggy to visit in safety. We have not visited this area of France for several years and we enjoyed revisiting these places again and noted how many had increased in size whilst mostly keeping their charm and individuality. The reception staff were very helpful and very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay in a very clean complex where we felt very secure and car parking was also secure and free. The internet although very expensive was fast with good reception unlike some P&Vs.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, with management staff whom lie and don't do as they say they will.We came to this hotel as part of a two week holiday to beautiful Brittany. Our previous week in a stunning Gite was impeccable. This hotel is very well advertised as being premium but in reality it is very dated and poorly finished. Our room on arrival was dirty, it smelled of smoke and very dark. The reception for some reason is only manned in the early morning and in the late afternoon, so if you have an issue outside of these times your basically stuck. We asked for another room and even though we had a language barrier issue as the staff do not really speak English, after lots of huffing and puffing without any apology we were moved to an equally nasty room. We had paid extra for a Premium room also so I hate to think what the standard rooms are like. The reception staff need huge amounts of customer service training as they come across rude and unhelpful. This hotel is a sinking ship. It needs massive investment in staff and in its appliance to become anything close to 'Premium'. The main issue was for us that we had to leave 3 days early of a five night stay due to a family issue and as we booked through Expedia getting a refund has been a 5 week, 28 phone calls,18 emails (including getting french speaking translators to phone the hotel to chase the refund) nightmare. The 'manager' of the hotel did not reply to emails until I directly contacted the CEO of Pierre Vacances and the French Tourism Manager for the group. The reply back from the hotel was completely unhelpful and rude even at this stage. I had many expensive calls and lengthy waiting times to finally get a refund through Expedia. Never, ever, again.
