  Good location

  Opposite the beach, restaurants and bars. Ideal for families who want a 'traditional' beach side holiday. Well equipped apartments, but small - get one as big as you can afford and go for one with a view - most have an internal view only.

  So bad we had to move to another establishment

  I am writing this review for my parents who are currently sat here with me, and have asked me to hopefully save any other guests such a disappointment. They booked a six night break via Booking.com from 24th June 2016. (£353.00) On arrival they were allocated a TINY studio apartment, which was meant to sleep 4 - It was tiny, the whole place was smaller than their kitchen at home! It had a bed settee which took up almost all of the room when pulled out, and two bunk beds in a corridor by the kitchen area. My parents are both in their mid to late 70's - and neither sleeping option was at all suitable for them at their age. We don't know how the bunk beds situated in a hallway (By the kitchen area) pass any fire safety check! - As there is no door between them and the kitchen area to retain flames or fumes! The apartment smelt of stale smoke, combined with an old damp smell. The ONLY thing going for it was the location. My parents cut their losses and paid to stay at an alternative apartment complex in Benodet.

  Great Relaxing Break

  We have just returned from a great holiday break. The apartments are located just across the road from the beach and close by to restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. We were lucky to have had great weather during our stay. I have no idea how comfortable the apartments would be if the weather was poor. The apartments - which are a little bit dated - are well equipped and clean. We found the staff to be helpful (though it is worth getting to know the reception opening times). Definitely somewhere that we would return to

  Disappointing although clean and reasonable room

  The residence is very quriky and old, not luxurious or aesthetically pleasing. We had no view of the sea in spite of the literature boasting about the sea views. Our view was awful. There is no pool or any other leisure activity available in the residence. Reception is only open 9-12 and 5pm-7pm which meant we had to wait until 5pm to check in, losing almost a whole day. The room was very inaccessible, the building is a maze of dark corridoors, more like a boarding school than a holiday residence. The location is very good though, this is the only good feature of the residence.

  smelly dark hallways poor view

  pet friendly hotel very smelly in hallways animal urine by lift, lighting in hallways on timer that didn't always work ,beds were uncomfortable. room 220 is dark and dismal and the outlook from the balcony is dire the entrance to the hotel is unlit until you are at the doors
