A perfect beach apartment. The apartments are in a beautiful location right on the beach. The swimming pool and pool area was cleaned daily, lawns and garden area are well kept. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. The apartments are well stocked with kitchen equipment - including a kettle and toaster! The resort is quiet and the beach sandy and safe. Perfect for couples and families with children.

Just PerfectLovely apartment, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Location is lovely, right across the road from the beach. The whole site is immaculate and the staff are very friendly. Lovely pool for a morning dip. Fresh bread can be ordered which is lovely. Would come back again. Xxx

Hoilday in Cap Coz8 of us on a golfing trip to southern Brittany stayed here Facilities and location were excellent ,But 4 of us were in an apartment for 6 (A23) which had an extremely small twin room upstairs - very disappointing The other 4 had an excellent twin room on same floor as the lounge and were very happy with it (C21))

Very DisappointingThe rooms are very tiny and do not get deceived by the photographs where they appear much wider. The second bedroom with the bunk beds was barely enough for you to stand or turnaround. The toilet had broken tiles and there was very foul smell that came from the stand in shower. There was hair on the side of the mattresses from the previous stay and we even found dog hair on the sofa. This is because the hotel allows pets. You have to make your own bedding on arrival and remove it on departure. Besides the location which is close to the beach please do not stay here . AVOID UNTIL IT IS REFURBISHED

One of the best holidays we've had!Our holiday at Cap Coz and Residence Pierre was simply one of the best holidays we've had! (Even better than Seychelles and Santorini!) "Residence Pierre & Vacances Cap Azur" was beautiful and comfortable with a very nice swimming pool and garden, close access to a beautiful beach, close access to snackbar and a couple of restaurants. We were 2 adults and a child and rented a superior apartment for 6-7 persons which had direct view to the beach. As Norwegians we found the climate in Cap Coz to be perfect for holiday, not too hot for us! (1st week of July), and the water at the beach was very clear. If one take a 10 minutes drive to Beg Meil, the beaches stretches out forever and the water is even clearer. Beautiful. With the old English/Celtic heritage of Britons, I was surprised to learn that the Britons speak very little English - even the young ones. This was not a problem in the reception, but in restaurants and similar. I was glad I learned some French back in school, so we could get around.. Tourists in the area seemed to be mostly French, which was nice. Another thing is that we never managed to understand the French eating hours and habits. Dinner is eaten after 19.00 o'clock - which also means that the restaurants are either closed or only serves light meals before that? The snackbar down at the beach was open at all times though, and "saved" us a few times - before we found the heavenly Leclerc supermarket. The offer of gluten free food is still low in restaurants in Bretagne, we observed. Although crepes made of buckwheat (galettes) may be an option, if served. An idea for the reception could be to hand out a list and a map of food shops/superettes/supermarkets in the area, upon arrival of guests, because it is not easy to come across food stores by chance. "Do the French eat at all?" we wondered :)
