  Freundlich, sehr sauber, super gegessen

  Everything was o.k. Nice Family runs the Hotel. Former reviews about the Hotel not being clean are hardly to believe. Everything, rooms, swimmingpool etc., was more than perfectly clean!! Dinner was very good. How could anyone tell that breakfast was poor?? Pienzenau am Schlosspark, go there, and you will not be disappointed!!

  A real friendly family hotel

  Stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel that is run by the family Hofer. The hotel is located in a bery calm part of Merano, about 15-20 minutes walt to the center via the Sissi Road. The rooms have a fabulous view from each balcony and on the top floor they have a beautiful panoramic terras. In the garden a pool with wellness facilities inside. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is excellent. In the morning there was even a gentleman who cleaned all the front windows of the cars. Good value for money and well worth the visit. We will be back!

  Very romantic days in Merano Italy at the Hotel Pienzenau am Schlosspark. We'll be back for sure!

  A charming, small but fine hotel in Merano Italy directly at the famous Sissi Trail. The kitchen is excellent and the location is perfect for romantic walks in the impressive parks in Meran like the botanical garden at Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Highly recommended!

  Why would you stay anywhere else?

  Great hotel situated a little distance from the centre of Merano. About 20 minute walk. The hotel has both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Both heated to a pleasant temperature. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great views from the rooms. The breakfast is good with many choices. The hotel also has a spa with at least one unusual treatment: the hay bed. Staff are welcoming and helpful.

  3 and half I was 4 nights in the hotel and I have positive and negative thoughts: Positives + the kitchen is really good 9/10 + mr. Robert and Sabrina, her son and husband, the man at the bar with beard, were always friendly + beautiful panorama + romantic/relaxing atmosphere + Rooms big and clean + cleaning ladies friendly and always smiling Negatives -no air conditioner in room (in summer with 34 degrees outside is important) for that one star less! -dinner goes really really slowly (2-3 hours) -swimming pools water is colder then they say, bubbles sometimes are working sometimes not -not play area, not kids menu, not kids friendly -poor breakfast -small parking -insufficiente price-performance ratio -TV not working -internet is not working properly -waitresses were arrogant especially a Russian woman with black hair
