  Not bad but not good too

  It s not a 4 stars hotel. The staff is friendly but thats all. We have booked a villa and it was old. The fan wasnt working, windows in the bathroom are closed with adhesive tape. Mirror in the bathroom is damaged. They dont add amenities in the bathroom during the stay. 6 days here, 5 breakfasts with a broken coffee machine at the buffet. This place could be nice if it was renovated

  Friendly staff & a comfy stay

  We went during non peak season, hence Koh Lanta itself was pretty empty and village looking. The hotel was quiet. Most of the staff work from 7am till 4pm, so it was getting pretty secluded towards early evening time. We had plenty of water and towels in our rooms (we had a double room apartment). The staff are smiley and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants with great food around, plus 7/11. We stayed for three nights whilst its been rainy for about 80 percent of the time. It was a nice hotel to be stuck in. I wouldnt recommend to rent a car through the hotel though; wasnt a good experience. The ferry service we ordered through the hotel was perfect.

  Nice pool and spacious rooms.

  We came in low season, so the resort was quiet and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Never went up to the restaurant for breakfast, so I cant comment on that. We got dropped off at the resort at around 4.30pm, and there was no one to check us in as the reception closes at 4. Somebody came within five minutes but it seems that they didnt really know where everything was. They went to the sister resort to pick up some mineral water, toilet paper and extra pillows for us but never came back despite us waiting for them for an hour or two. We got it the next day instead. Other than that, I dont really have any complaints besides how dark it is at night, it was hard to spot the resort sign driving back because there were no lights on it. For the price, it was an okay stay. The rooms are very spacious and the pool is very nice. Location could be better but it was no big deal for us because we had a scooter. Plenty of scooter rentals down the road for a little bit cheaper than what the resort provides. I would recommend if youre looking for a good place to stay for the price in low season :)

  Not worth it

  The hotel was just okey but too expensive for what it was. There was a toilet leaking and they didnt even care, they just gave is towels for the floor and no intention to fix it. Also the tv didnt work... this was okey but the problem was that it was raining so not much to do... the worst thing was that we rented a motorbike and they wanted to charge us for the scratches, thanks that we made a video of the motorbike before taking it... otherwise we should have had to pay the repair...

  Not luxury just ok

  Rooms were spacious, and clean. Air con only in bedroom. Fan in living area did not work and they did not repair. So we stayed mostly in bedroom. Pool was nice but pool furniture was dismal. Swim up bar not operational?? Breakfast was adequate. Staff were mostly friendly and nice except for one at reception who seemed to be put out helping customers . Free shuttle to Long Beach. Some restaurants close by but really need to rent scooter to get around island. Rental available at hotel.
