  Hotel en buena centro de Rawai(Phuket), en una zona tranquila y cerca de multitud de comercios y restaurantes. Muy buen acceso, a pie de la carretera principal que atraviesa la isla. Es un hotel tranquilo, con unas zonas comunes y piscinas cuidadas y agradables. Las habitaciones son grandes, con aire acondicionado y un baña bastante grande, con acceso directo a la piscina. El desayuno un poco escaso para los clientes occidentales. El servicio muy atento y agradable, aunque como en el resto del país, hablan un inglés bastante malo. Las fotos de las web no son todo lo fiables con la realidad. Recomendado para unos presupuestos medios-altos para el alojamiento, aunque por ese precio hay hoteles mejores. Hotel in good central Rawai (Phuket), in a quiet area and close to many shops and restaurants. Very good access, walk to the main road through the island. It is a quiet hotel with common areas and kept and nice pools. The rooms are large with air conditioning and a fairly large bathes with direct access to the pool. Breakfast a bit sparse for Western customers. The attentive and friendly service, but as in the rest of the country, speak a very poor English. The pictures of the web are not as reliable with reality. Recommended for a medium-high budgets for housing, but for that price there are better hotels.

  Good value for one or two nights

  We visited the resort over a weekend stay in Rawai. For the price we paid, I think the room was fair; a bit outdated, but the place felt clean. Large swimming pool right outside the room, with jacuzzi in the corner. The breakfast is not large, but again, very fair for the price paid, with your classics jams, corn flakes, sausages and some Thai dishes. Good for staying a night or two, but would not stay longer.

  Great location but not well maintained

  You cant beat this accommodation for location if you are planning on staying in Rawai. (By the way Rawai is a great place to stay, it is much quieter than the tourist beaches.) Straight across the road from the accomodation is the magnificent water views, short walk to cafes, bars and all that Rawai has to offer. However the accommodation doesnt quite live up to the photos that are listed on its website. I found the one bedroom suite only just had the basics and was certainly in need of a refurbishment. The shower was a bit of a nightmare with having to regulate the temperature by adjusting a small hot water heater which was located in the shower. There were a number of resident roosters that crowed at anytime of the day or night. Breakfast was included and had a variety of differing foods which included fried eggs to accommodate those from a western culture. The two pools look inviting and were kept clean. If you dont book poolside accommodation you dont get to use the pool lounger chairs but can still use the pools. However if you do book poolside accommodation your privacy is certainly sacrificed. I booked a one bedroom with garden view because of this fact. I did find the tiles on the steps getting into the pool quite sharp as it appears they havent grouted these tiles and so are quite raised to walk on and they are slippery. Overall a great location but with the cost of sacrificing any sort of luxury.

  Ok in low season . If hate to be there when the resort is full

  Hotel is on a very large block of land. Family mart at entrance along with many shops and bars along rawaii waterfront. A great location and able to walk everywhere including boat hires out to the islands. Walk to seafood market as well. I saw very few others during my stay . Air con . Hot shower . Daily change of bath and pool towels along with drinking water supplied in a big bar fridge. Bed was comfortable . Room is needing some updating . Breakfast was delivered to the room at 9am which was latest option . After 2 days I asked to stop the breakfast. Pool was great as I had it to myself. Saying that my pool access room would gave been noisy and over run with tour groups during high season.

  Great hotel, great service.. one of my favourites to stay in

  excellent position, large rooms that are poolside. Its back from the beach road so it quiet but not that far to stroll out to the excellent restaurants that are close by . rooms well appointed and comfortable. In some ways its like having your own little resort ..... footnote.. hotel should also be commended on their attitude during this COVID 19 crisis, I had an upcoming booking which was non cancellable through Agoda but given the situation the hotel issued full refund.
