  Más que decente!!

  Nuestro vuelo era muy pronto y decidimos quedarnos cerca de l aeropuerto. Buscamos varias opciones y todo estaba full o era caro para lo que nos ofrecían. Por suerte llegamos a este hotel y fue un acierto ya que el trato nada más llegar y sin reserva fue correcto, las habitaciones limpias y bonitas y junto a el hay varios locales donde puedes comer algo típico Thai o decantarte por comida occidental. Además disponen de servicio gratuito al aeropuerto a la hora que solicites. La conexión a internet es aceptable dependiendo de la habitación que te toque, la nuestra era las 101 y 102.

  Buen lugar para pasar la noche al lado del aeropuerto

  A menos de cinco minutos en coche del aeropuerto, incluso si no se va muy cargado se podría ir andando. En el local de al lado hay un 7 eleven en el que poder comprar provisiones. La habitación con aire acondicionado, la cama muy amplia, el transporte gratuito al aeropuerto... Por poner una pega, el inglés de recepción un poco justo, pero si tuviera que repetir volvería sin duda.

  Dirty

  Stayed here one night before early flight. Room is crawling with ants. No coffee facilities. AC not working. TV not working. Nothing to do in the area. Good thing only one night. Won't be back to this

  DO NOT BOOK THIS RACIST HOTEL OR USE MMT

  I and my friend were confirmed about the hotel stay and received all updates regarding the stay at Phuket Inn Hotel and when we reached the hotel at 11 pm, the hotel manager denied us check-in and rudely asked to leave the premises. When we tried to ask the reason, manager just asked to get lost and said no MakeMyTrip people allowed. Any sort of help was refused and we were left stranded in a foreign country without any help. MakeMyTrip helplines were expectedly busy and we did not get any response so we had to book a different hotel. When I raised a ticket for this issue at MMT, the customer service guy Samanthan called me once when I was busy and when I could not receive the call, the ticket was closed as resolved. So if youre stranded in foreign country, youre supposed to call MMT hundreds of times to get any help and yet wont get it while if they call you, youre supposed to answer in the first call or the issue doesnt exist. When I checked the Twitter handle of MMT for the customer care, I found out hundreds of people trying to get refund for months and MMT replying with generic answers. SO DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER THROUGH MMT OR ANY OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER NOR SHOULD YOU USE MMT.

  If you want to stay there better go along with POLICE OFFICERS / COPS because the lady who calls HERSELF a manager, owner of the hotel is as DANGEROUS as a WOLF Our reservation included a free shuttle to airport Our flight was delayed and we informed them and requested them 6 hours prior to change the pickup time. She started yelling and without listening to us started telling us to get out, showed finger and when I started making a video recording she came to me and pushed me and was about to beat me but people came for rescue. We started calling for police and we had the recording the way she pushed me and snatched my phone away. But a gentleman came and apologized a lot to us and after long she said sorry just to refrain from police station We've travelled all over the world and nowhere seen such a lady who is not a lady but a jungle animal GOD SAVED US !! GOD BLESS THEM WITH WISDOM !! DONT EVEN TRY TO TAKE A RISK TO GO THERE
