  Stop during our isaan roadtrip

  We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We arrived in the afternoon and could get in our rooms immediately. The hotel is located in the midst of the jungle. Watching from our hotel window, we litteraly watched in to the treetops. Staff was friendly, but could hardly speak english. Which i found charming. The swimmingpool was a little walk from our rooms. Because of the rainy season, the swimmingpool was a little roidy. But we could swim. The hotel restaurant is ok. The village Dan Sai is also very nice to explore, with some nice restaurants, a terrific beercafe and local market.

  Beautiful isolated resort

  Seems like the resort have seen better times. But the rooms are still beautiful and well taken care of. Quiet. Beautiful. Very serene. Food was delicious and plentiful. The only thing is the kitchen closed at 20:30 and the Thai staff didn't tell us. Lots of nature. It's beautiful

  Few things to improve, beautiful surrounding, nice staff

  I was guiding a tour to the Phee Ta Khon Ghost Festival last weekend (July), great fun. We stayed at this resort, 10 min drive from Dansai. Of course the resort was full for 2 nights, day before and after almost empty. Rooms large, good. Mattress far too hard, the management should invest in soft tops on the stone-hard mattress. My room had a moldy smell the first day I came, most likely because the room has not been used/not opened window for long time. Recommendation: The room you plan to give to people please open the windows 24h before occupation in order to reduce the humidity in the room. And please add at least one English speaking news, sport or movie channel into the TV satellite programs, only Thai on TV. Rest all good. Thanks for friendly hospitality.

  Improvements to be made

  For the price I have paid I thought I was going to have a lot more - our room was beautifully presented but it was rather uncomfortable, dated and the bathroom was not different. Also at night we could hear mice under the roof, not very romantic! Food was nothing special, as well as the breakfast.

  Gorgeous and remote

  Beautiful building and nice rooms. Grand dining room, fountains, old wood furniture and gorgeous balcony. Pool for playing not laps and a way down the hill. Lovely manicured grounds with goose pond. Thai food is excellent.
