  Simply wonderful, amazing, heavenly property !

  We were a group of 10 guys and stayed here for 3 nights for the bachelors party and could have been more satisfied with our experience. Thou there were some minor issues and at checkout we ended up having a tiff with the manager of the property because of smoking. He was pretty rude and hyper but we paid the fine without any arguments. The place is fully equipped with every that that you could ask for including a wonderful sauna, steam, gym, etc ! All the rooms are wonderfully done overlooking the swimming pool with uniform depth. All in all it was perfect and extremely luxurious !

  Quiet Place - Friendly Staff

  We stayed in a 5 bedroom Villa for 9 days from 20th - 29th April. The Villa was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful although the place we stayed could do with some new chairs. Maintenance that was needed (jacuzzi drain that needed repair) was seen to almost immediately but replacement of light globes and repair if air con in one room was not so timely. It is a quiet area so you really need a car to access local markets and shops although motorbikes are available for hire. It suited our purposes very well and we would stay here again despite some small inconveniences.

  Amazing Place

  Beautiful villa! Superb design and well furnished with everything we needed and more! The villa is very clean and the pool is perfect! The lake is beautiful, good fishing, even I caught fish, and there are horses, ducks, geese and goats which the children loved! We actually extended our stay by 3 days as the children were so enjoying it. Us too! the local beach is Ban Amphur. About 4 minutes from the villa. Beautiful and clean, great restaurants, childrens playgrounds too! Recommended. Villa is also very close to Cartoon Network and Nong Nooch Gardens. We had a great time at both places. Dolphin World is about 5 minutes away and there are Mega Supermarkets and Shopping Malls 10-12 minues away. Lots of local supermarkets within 2 minutes There are a lot of great restauarntas close to the villa. We visited Preecha Seafood and Rimpa Lapin and theye were unbelievably good! The housekeeping staff are excellent. Especially Khun Bird and Khun Kung. They arranged restaurant bookings, tours, spas and even baby sitting. Our driver was Khun Yan. Funny, thoughtful and very helpful during our stay Food is superb. The in house chef is AMAZING we are planning to come back for Christmas and New Year and we have left a lot of holiday things in storage at Lakeside to save luggage from Australia.   Two family getaway- Great long weekend

  Second time for two families to get away from Bangkok for great weekend on the peaceful lake and staying in mangnificent villas. A great base for exploring the area even down to naval base for the day. Always back to villa for BBQ and drinks for sundowners! Great value and the staff just make it. Booked already for next long weekend.

  Outstanding value and quality

  This is the second time we have visited the villas and have not been disappointed on both visits. The condition of the villas are second to none. Very clean and a very friendly welcome on arrival. Te villas are in their own private complex and all amenities are within the price. 5 bedroom house with pool cost us £350 for a long weekend. Well worth the money and perfectly place to visit the hustle and bustle of Pattaya.
