  A good accomodation for students and solo traveller

  I spent one week in this Residence (while attending an English course in Brighton) in a single room with private bathroom, in an 8-rooms apartment, with a shared kitchen and living room. The room wasn't very big but ok for a short stay; also the bathroom was small and very basic. This accomodation is good to meet other students, as you can meet them in the common area and have breakfast/lunch/dinner together. You can enter/go out at every time, without any problem.

  Clean and comfortable

  The staff on reception were so nice. I didn't mention when booking that I prefer a room on a lower floor so when I arrived I was booked into a second floor room. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in moving me to a more suitable room. The accommodation is basic but perfectly fine for a few night's stay. The room and shower were clean and the bed was comfortable. Some of my friends found it a bit noisy with people coming in late and talking loudly but I'm a sound sleeper and didn't hear a thing! Very good value for money - it is what it is and I would stay there again.

  Good value, but not much more

  I stayed here for a sports event in Brighton and was impressed to find a two night ensuite room for less than 100£ incl parking. Based on that there is not much I can fault. That said - it was extremely basic accommodation. The single bed was comfortable, but sat in a dated room with dated sheets and worn carpet. The shower was not the cleanest and had hardly any pressure. The noise from the seagulls throughout the night was hard to put up with. The adjoining communal kitchen was modern, but again not the cleanest. If you only need somewhere to sleep, this will do well!

  Cheap...for a reason.

  I've learnt my lesson and won't stay here, or somewhere like here again, just to save a few quid on a business trip. Very loud with drunken randoms or people playing loud music - even the closing of window and putting headphones on to sleep won't drown them out. My room had 1 working light, so it was very dim to work in. All in all meant I just stayed in the office as long as I possibly could before going back to the accommodation. Never again.

  A beautiful place with friendly staff!

  Such an magical little shop! Theres the most beautiful fairy house. All unique things! I bought a card for my sister with flowers made of old pieces of glass - never seen anything else like it. As said in the title the staff were also so so friendly, highly reccommend
