  Cheap, Chinese Style Hotel

  It is an Chinese style hotel, so nothing flash. Staff were good, rooms were clean. I thought it was reasonable, it was also cheap, and I was able to book ahead online. They provide lockers for you to store valuables near the reception, suggest maybe bringing your own padlock as there seem to only be 3 types of padlocks sold in PP, though I am a little paranoid. Walking distance from a large shopping mall, major banks; ANZ and other ATMs available there. Plenty of food vendors around the area as well. If you want to be close to Riverside and hang out at FCC maybe this is not for you. But if I had to go to Riverside to meet someone it cost me $1 for a moto or between $1-3 for a tutktuk, depending on time of day and my patience in haggling.

  I would give it a ZERO if I could!!

  Do NOT stay here. We arrived in the early evening, the young girl at reception would not even listen to me. She could not speak English, or pretended not to... We had reserved our room through Hotwire. I was eventually "waved" away, to try the hotel across the street. We had been travelling for the last 7 hours or so and I couldn't believe I was being dismissed like this in a hotel?!?! I had to defer to my partner so that she could try to make sense of the situation. Eventually, by pointing to the reservation number emphatically, my partner was able to get this extremely lazy person to start searching the database for our reservation. In all my years of travel (I am 45), I have never seen such inadequate service!!! The room itself was okay at best. It was very old, dusty, quite lousy really. With a myriad of choices in Phnom Penh, there is no reason for you to subject yourself to this place!!!

  Cheap, Asian Hotel

  Beds are hard, rooms have ants even though they spray almost daily. Good water pressure in showers and laundry people are excellent as well as front desk, even though they don't speak much english, wish should be expected when staying outside of the tourist area.

  Awful

  Stayed there one night and it was a terrible mistake. Got a room with an air conditioner did work well. The bathroom gets flooded every time I shower because the water flowsnto the sife of the tub where a tune should be but it was missing. The air smelled musky and I had trouble breathing, my nose got stuffy and my throat started to hurt. The fridge in there don't work. Even at $15 a night the plumbing should be completed before renting out to guests. Awful!!!!!!!!!

  Its ok

  The room is bigger than i thought. So no complaints. However, the location shud be improved. We had great difficulty looking for this place, though i had to admit we searched this manually without smartphone (dead battery ) Its is hard to find a place that looks fine and clean. Thats why i think this place is worthy enough to recommend to other travellers.
