  Falling to bits

  We have stayed here many times over the years and still the same problems persist with new ones added in..toilet door locks dont work, dirty stains on the doors, paintwork chipping, cracks in walls, front door locks not working, shower head looks like missing the actual inner parts , fans in the bathrooms clogged with dust, spa area looks shocking, no handle on a window winder making it impossible to use, toilet seats that have turned yellow from age. Just all round lack of any care. Its so sad because it could be the best accomodation at cowes if it was spruced up and cleaning was thorough. The prices were around $330 for one night but this is definitely not worth it. If it was cleaned and renovated then definitely. But as it is, i cant justify it.

  Ok

  Was ok.would have likes a better kitchen with a better cooker .and maybe the damp spots in the room celling fixed.had to clean all the dishes before we used them as they were dirty.beding was clean thank God.would maybe go back if it was just updated a little and drains smelt better.

  Great place to stay

  Lovely apartments, nice and quiet and great location. The Manager, Tony, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, so nice to feel special and welcomed. The apartments are a bit tired, but very clean, beds were wonderful, TV was a decent size, had all the amenities you need. Just a very short walk to the main street. Highly recommend

  Wonderful large appartment with balcony and lush tree as my view.Close to the shops I needed and wine bars.excellent.easy on site parking.peaceful and no noise from other guests.swimming pool and spa easy access.

  Terrible - not worth the money (you have been warned!)

  The only thing going for the apartments is how close it is to the shops and beach and nothing else. The rooms are neat, but not clean - carpets not being vacuumed when you see toast under the couch. Stayed in apartment where the sliding glass door was jammed and despite requesting for it to be repaired twice, still not fixed. The electric stovetop was slow to heat up and clothes dryer filter was covered with dirt and dust! The apartment manager, Tony was rude, obnoxious and condescending who needs to be re-trained or moved on from this position - he made the apartments looks even worse than they are! (If possible!) We have been going to these apartments for over 25+ years but this was the last time. Not worth the money. We will try "The Waves" in 2021
