  Everything is bad

  Wifi. Aircondition. Staff. Prices. Location. Rooms. Shower. Lights. Balcony. Guess I missed some but you get the drift. Bad view. Bad location. Bad pool. Not a good christmas at all. Stay away forever. Stay somewhere else

  Staff were so lovely!

  Having seen a mixed bag of reviews wasnt sure what to expect. The reception and security staff were so lovely throughout our stay. We originally booked for 3 nights but decided to extend a further night the day before we were due to leave and was absolutely fine. The pool area is lovely with a long pool which part of it appeared to be heated. The hotel is located in the middle of the town so you can hear music from the bars around and the beach just round the corner until around 2-3am so wouldnt recommend for those looking for a quieter stay or with young kids. Cant comment on breakfast as never made it down. Due to location handy for restaurants, pubs, the beach and street food.

  Save your money and book elsewhere.

  Please take the time to read all the negative reviews as they sum this place up nicely. The only positive thing is the location. It is right in the centre and a 10 minute walk from the pier. The noise from the bars does go on late until around 1-2 but if you are a heavy sleeper than thats fine however the cleaners had us awake first thing in the morning. You have to ask for your room to be cleaned the day before or it will not be done. The reception staff were not the friendliest. Its like they didnt really want to be there at all. No working WiFi in back rooms behind the bungalows which is where we were. Our view out the window was the back of a wall. The room itself was shocking. Paint coming off the walls, the stink of mould and the bathroom was a disgrace! A drain constantly leaking out onto the ground so the floor is always wet. The sink hanging off the wall at the back and a mirror that looks like it has never cleaned and hung onto the wall. The first is actually embedded onto it! You have to pay 1000 deposit checking in and if you lose the little receipt you dont get it back. You also need to leave your key with reception every time you leave. Save your money and go next door which is what we done after the 2 nights we booked.

  Great location and very clean

  We stayed for few nights and hotel was very clean abd great location, breakfast was nice and a staff very friendly. Not hotel faults but Phi Phi is very noisy in the night time from the party life around..

  Terrible, terrifying, unsafe, Door kicked in, DONT Book!!!

  We stayed at this place last night, room D49. Small, Air Con didnt work well, and very close to the noise and party places. At midnight our room door was kicked in by a drunk man looking for his room. The hotel would not call the Police and security did not come straight away. We were terrified and were moved to another room as our door was see through. Ive asked for a refund, no response. Do not risk it, dont go!
