Bad holidayWe are family of three and we like to go to Turkey on holidays. This time we decided to go to Kemer instead of Lara, just for change and we did wrong! In Phaselis you need to speak Russian, you need to bribe everyone - for normal room, for cleaning table, for ice... Food is very poor. Usualy you have choice between six main meals for lunch and food is made for Russians only. Same story for dinner. Of course, it was impossible to find a table so we always have our meals in last 45 minutes. Room was very nice, but on not clean enough. We stayed there for two weeks and cleaning lady changed our sheets only twice. Mini bar was updated few times. And this is a five stars hotel! Every night we had a problem with very, very loud music until midnight. If you go to walk in the evening, take a flashlight with you, because it's wery dark. If you (somehow in the dark) find a bar you need to wait in a queue at least for 10 minutes to get your drink. Beer or vodka? Kids club is good only if you are Russian or if your child speaks it. Wifi? Forget about it! Finally the only good thing is beach. Sea is clean and nice. I recommend beach near pine trees. This hotel is not worth of the money! It is truly 3 stars hotel and if you want nice time with your familly, please go to Lara and choose some proper 5 stars hotel.

Great vecationive been here last year it was great the hotel was great but one thing that i didnt liked is that there where so many russian people,the people who work in the hotel are lazy but some of them are perfect and the cleaning women is asking for bits to clean your room perfectly,and great beach .Thats all i have to say

Dirty hotelThe hotel is extremely dirty. Animators are amateur they can not collect people for activities. Room cleaning service is terrible. The public toilet smell. However the climate is perfect 40-45 degrees cantigrad but the humudity is %40-%50. The sea is perfect, green and blue colors are mixed at the seaside. Blue flag is real. You can swim with fishes in the water and you can feed them with your hands.

Worst experience ever!!!!It there would be a way to file an official complaint to some type of Hotels Inspection, I would. This place is nowhere neat to "5 star ultra all inclusive"!!!! I wouldn't blame the staff for rudeness, just because I know that hotel is for sale, so people dont get paid properly for the job. But at the same time it shouldnt be my problem!!!! We, family of 6, booked and paid our vacation 5 month in advance. Paid $6000 for the room that we didnt end up getting (there is only 1 or 2 of those 3-4 bedroom suites in the Hill resort, Anex tour (another joke company) messed up the booking and gave us 2 regular 2-bedroom rooms). Bars, hallways, restaurants STINK!!!!!! Its ok if the place is old (which it is, dont lie please that it was renovated in 2013, because I personally know people who stayed there every year since 2010, no renovation was done), its ok if hotel doesn't have good entertaining program, but to be THAT DIRTY and disgusting...!!!! Nobody in that place ever heard of Costumer Service. You call front desk, they have you come down to get your own stuff... oh, by the way, if you need towels, they cant help you, they will write it down on a piece of paper and tomorrow will pass it to housekeeping. We didnt need cleaning in our room for 5 days, that my choice, but I would leave full garbage bags outside the room by the door, nobody picked them up in 4 days!!!! it was already 5 bags, ants all over them and nobody cares... does it mean that they dont even come to that part of the corridor?? (room 6007/6009) Again, i am not to blame the staff, but the management, if wants to have cheap labor, we shouldn't suffer! Workers dont speak English, ok, fine, because all the guests are Russians, they dont understand Russian either, some words yes, but not enough to provide proper service. Once or twice i got nice smile from servers at the lunch, when left tips, other guests were starring and laughing... (what a mentality... service and guests worth each other) DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY place!!! That was my husbands first trip to this country, i was so embarrassed!!!! I used to work as a travel agent long time ago, unfortunately it wasnt my call which hotel to pick, I would've not make this mistake, but I hope they run out of business very soon. Food was less then average.... I needed a microwave, the whole entire hotel didnt have one.... They say "no" even before you finish the question, without even trying to accommodate... On the way back from Turkey my phone was stolen, therefore I am not able to add all of those photos I took... The WORST place ever!!!!! especially for one claiming to be a 5 star hotel....

As terrible as hellDefinitely it's huge gap between expectation from 5 star hotel and what you actually get (((. Turkey service thinks about yourself as a luxury but in reality it worse than village style )). Forget about regular room cleaning and changing wet towels. Rude receptionists. Your requests about room service always been forgotten. No way to get Turkey next time, haha
