  I stay for one night from Online booking, the hotel location in the heart of City Pekanbaru. The hotel design is life style & halal concept, the reception assist me to check in quickly and allocated on Top Floor with a nice view of city pekanbaru. The room is simple and clean, I tried their breakfast in the morning early due I catch up my flight overall was good and show their identity as a three star.

  When Im check in at the pesonna pekanbaru I get the warm greeting from the reception and this hotel amazing because the hotel make the different concept from the all hotel in the pekanbaru , the concept is halal consep, there are sajadah, al-quran in the room, I fill this hotel amazing , and make good memoriable.   Good palace

  The located is hotel strategis , and the hotel is comfortable . The room is cleaning. Taste of breakfast good. And the most I love from this hotel , is when im comming to the hotel ,I get the friendly staff and warm greating from the receptionitst. Recomend for stay in the pekanbaru.

  A hotel with great potential, just needs a bit of work!

  I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
