  Breakfast overall delicious, bed in room comfort, rest room good, nice service with staff really helpfull , in room provide sejarah for praying.. good idea to choose staying here with your lovely family

  Best islamic hotel i ever stay

  If you looking for great location hotel this is it. Situated in center but quiet road, the staffs are very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. Worth every penny. Best islamic hotel i ever stay, good job

  Ok

  I dont really have any major complaints about my 3 night stay here, but I dont have anything fantastic to say either. Its just a reasonable hotel. I stayed over Chinese New Year weekend. It was busy. Breakfast time was particularly hectic, with food running out at times and staff struggling to clear tables. I got the impression the dining room is too small. It also wasnt great seeing kids everywhere picking up and touching food with their hands. The eggs station was mostly left unmanned, so too bad if you wanted eggs! The lifts broke down more than once, and seemed to have a mind of their own even when working. Much of the time only one of them was working. The hotel is 4 years old, apparently, but it felt much older. Theres building work going on at the moment. My room was just ok. Bedding was well worn, but better when it had been changed, and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was clean enough, and replenished daily with water and hot drinks. The safe didnt work so the staff changed it for me, but it wasnt fixed down and it was light enough to pick up and carry! The bathroom was clean, but they only provide one towel per guest, no hand soap and no hairdryer. The WiFi was good on the ground floor, but was pretty useless in my room on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is small and essentially a place for small kids to play in. The staff were lovely though, and Id have scored it higher had it not been for the breakfast chaos and the uncomfortable bed.

  A home away from home

  The staff is friendly, even though there is a language barrier, we interact very well. It is safe, I can walk anytime anywhere. Traffic is hectic, like 1 motorcycle every 2 sec, considering the traffic I can cross the road at anytime, no road rage, no robots. Breakfast at this hotel is a treat. As a Muslim I feel at home, - ablution facilities, a place to pray, halaal food no problem. A pity about the pollution - its disturbing.

  Suitable place for business trip.

  Suitable place for personal and business trip. Quite and pleasant. I was stay here for almost 3 months for business trip and feel comfortable with kind and helpful hotel management. Good job for management hotel pesona Makassar
