  Wouldnt recommend

  Food was terrible, was either reheated from the day before or was cold, wasnt very appetising at all. Restaurant didnt have enough tables for the amount of guests that were staying there. We were all inclusive but chose to eat out every day. Staff were rude at times, although the cleaning staff did a great job. Not much to do within the hotel, pool was tiny too. Room was badly needing a makeover. Wont be back. This is just my opinion, I dare say other people enjoyed the horrible food, just not what were used too.

  We stayed here in July 2019, the apartment was nice, although needed updating massively. The cleaning lady was lovely, the rest of the staff (excluding the 2 young barmen) were rude, unfriendly and could hardly speak English, we felt like Aliens, the food was disgusting, some was indescribable except that it was pork meat or chicken meat, we had paid all inclusive, but had to eat out every day. Disgusting cold food, rude miserable and didnt even try to welcome staff. We arrived at 1am, not even a complementary bottle of water. NOTHING. Serious complaint against the hotel. Worst holiday ever, fine if you are Russian or Eastern European. And I've stayed in less than 3 star before but at least they made the effort. I'd like to say it's been a pleasant experience but cant lie, this is politeness at its best.

  Not all inclusive

  Hotel itself is a bit outdated but is clean and maids do a great job. Drink is ok cocktails and good measures of spirits. Food is the only thing that let's it down. Not alot to choose from for any of the meals. No health and safety at the pool people taking glasses over to the pool and adults playing football at the pool. Causing concern with people sitting at the side and in the pool. Staff don't even bother. They have posters up saying if you make notice after 11pm there is a fine but allow this at the pool . I would come back but would be the option of self catering.

  We were self catering and we never had any proper cooking equipment. Just a microwave and a fridge and a toaster. People who where all inclusive had a oven and pans. The rep never turned up. Won't be going back to this hotel again

  LOCKED OUT OF ROOM

  I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT PERLA EVERY YEAR FOR 15 YEARS BUT IT WILL BE MY LAST! I we came home the first night and we couldn't get in to our room so went down to reception to be told we had been locked out ON PURPOSE because there was dirty towel that we needed to pay 20 euros! I have had skin cancer and cannot sun bathe so use washable false tan that i know washes out etc I used a hand towel and some of the tan had come off on the towel ! when we refused to pay that silly amount for the towel we were given the key this happened again on the 2nd night locked out again until we paid for towel !! now the towel isn't the real issue its the fact we were locked out of our room where all our money belongings etc are and plus my sister has asthma and needed her inhaler but couldn't get to it because we were locked out ! this meant two young girls were left in a vulnerable position absolutely disgusting ! on leaving they would not give us our passports unless I paid for the towel so I had to pay !! I have never been so humiliated over a hand towel the managers words were" you shouldn't use a towel to wipe your face " what do you use ???? I must be paying for the refurbishment ! xxx please can you state your terms and conditions about locking the doors and towels please everyone remember when staying in perla towels are for show only and not to be used to dry yourself !!!! please ask for a backup hotel in case you are left stranded outside your room !
